Chapter 14

"Harry!" I groaned face palming. It's only been 38 minutes and his become restless which is making it harder for me to concentrate. "Harryyy, C'mon we only have like another chapter to get through" I encountered flicking through the pages of the giant textbook.

"I don't want to" Harry moaned muffled his face was buried in my pillow as he was lying on the bed. How was I going to get through this if his not gonna focus, I need to get the lesson complete! I'm so exhausted.

There was a knock at the door and Merrisa's head came popping in "Hey guys, I was gonna ask if you needed anything?" She chirped. She was barely even looking at me as her eyes where gawking at Harry, he sat up on the bed and gave her a dimpled smile. "No thank you" we both said in unison.

"How are the girls doing?" I asked taking my glasses off and placing it on the desktop. "Oh there pretty good, Sarah just fell asleep now and Freya's reading" she smiled, I sighed in relief. That's good to hear.

Merrisa was just about to go when Harry called her "wait Merrisa!" She looked back startled "Stay, come and sit" he patted the seat beside him. What is he doing?

"Oh no I don't want to be a bother, you guys have to studying to do" she exclaimed playing with a loose strand of her hair. "No it's no problem, so what school do you go to?" He asked. Merrisa seemed to be amused and walked past me to sit beside him, his doing this on purpose! He knows we still got a load of studying to do.

I huffed as I got up and stood with my arms crossed across my chest, as Merrisa was babbling on about something Harry looked up and smirked. I rolled my eyes and went stomping out of the room, I went downstairs to get something to eat when my phone rang.

I put it on speaker and placed it on the kitchen counter as i went to open the fridge "Hellooo" Abbie chimed. "Hey" I chuckled as I scanned the massive fridge for food.

"I was gonna ask you what your going to wearing to the party this weekend?" She questioned, Oh snap! I totally forgot about that. I don't even know if I'm going to be going or not.

"Does it really matter?" I reply back as I was retrieving a carton of Apple juice out of the fridge. "Yeah!" She boomed through the speaker "Jas! It's a costume party for Halloween, it's obviously going to matter" she added. I don't have time to be planning a costume for the party right now and I got so much work still left to complete.

I sigh in frustration "aw c'mon Jas! Don't be so complicated you are going to that party and you are going to be in a costume!" She demanded. "Ok ok" I chuckled "so your coming?" She squealed "yeah I suppose so" I exclaimed. Abbie and I talked for quite a while as she going on and on about different types of costumes before she hang up.

Soon Merrisa came skipping into the kitchen with Harry walking behind her "how was your little chit chat?" I asked sipping on my Apple juice. "Oh, sorry about that Jas" Merrisa cringed "it was nice, thanks" Harry smirked as he walked past me to get a glass of water. "Okay whatever" I rolled my eyes.

It's now 07.45pm there's no point continuing on with the lesson "Merrisa my mum should be here soon to drop you home?" I informed her. "Oh okay, that's cool I'll just go and fetch my stuff" she announced before walking out of the kitchen.

I turned around narrowed my eyes at Harry "because of you mister, we are now behind on a whole load of work" I affirmed "there was no need for you to be getting your flirt on with my 16 year old cousin" I huffed as I crossed my arms.

He walked closer as his lips curved, he was trying to stifle his laughter "Why? Are you jealous?" He cooed I rolled my eyes but my actions bated me and I could feel my cheeks flush as I shuffled on my spot. "N-no" I croaked. He grinned as he was just about to say something else when Merrisa came parading in, I quickly moved away from Harry and walked towards her "Hey Jas, I was gonna ask you if you've seen my phone?" She asked rummaging through her purse.

"Uh no" I replied before looking around the kitchen "where did you see it last?" I inquired her. She looked up at me and started to chuckle nervously as she pulled a strand of her hair behind her ear "well, you see I kinda gave it to Sarah to play with as I gave Freya her wash" she exclaimed. "You what?" I blurted "well God knows if your ever getting that back again" Harry chuckled.

"W-what do you mean?" Merrisa gasped looking back at me then Harry again. I ran my hand through my hair "well you said their asleep now, so I guess we could just go and get it" I said as my mum came walking in through the front door.

"Merrisa, you ready? C'mon I need to drop you home, your already late" She fussed as she put her files down on the front desk. Merrisa looked at me with wide eyes "don't worry we'll find it and I'll get it back to you as soon as possible" I reassured her. She didn't protest as she thanked me and picked up her purse before turning around and saying goodbye to Harry and me.

"Bye dimples" Harry called causing her to stumble as she walked out, "what was that?" I chuckled "she's got cute dimples" he encountered I rolled my eyes and went walking up the stairs with Harry behind me.

We stopped outside my sister's room door which was covered in glitter, stickers, pictures and posters. We both stared at the door blankly "ok, we have to be quiet if we wanna make it out of there alive" I whispered pointing at the rainbow door. "Why are you whispering, we're not even in there yet?" Harry whispered back "shshshhh" I hushed him pressing my finger against his lip.

"We're both gonna go in there and find her damn phone and get out as soon as possible" I encountered and found Harry smirking because my finger was still plastered against his lip.

"Okay! OperationGetDimplesPhone is a go!" He chirped as I opened their door slowly making sure It doesn't creak like it usually does, I opened it just about enough so I could peek through. The room was pretty dim but they had their night stand on which still kept the place illuminated enough for me to see that they where asleep.

Freya was sprawled out across her bed with half her covers on the floor whilst Sarah was snoring away in her cot cuddled up against soft toys. They look peaceful as ever like little innocent angles but we all have encountered that to be mistaken.

I tip-toed in the room before checking my surroundings and motioning Harry to come in, he crept in and carefully shut the door. "You check Sarah and I'll check Freya" I practically whispered into his ear trying not to make a sound.

He chuckled lightly before warily walking past Freya's bed and to Sarah's cot when all of a sudden he tripped over something and fell to the floor with a 'Thump' my eyes went wide as Freya murmured something and shuffled. "Harry" I scream/whispered "shit" he cursed as he got to his feet slowly "stupid Lego brick" he growled.

I stood beside Freya's bed and carefully searched for the phone, I remembered it had a bright pink cover which didn't really help because my sister's room is like a land of pink in a whole other dimension.

I delicately lifted the other end of the pillow up where Freya wasn't laying on and didn't find anything but a stash of sweets. What the hell? How do they even get hold of these things? I chuckled as I ransacked through her pile of teddies at the end of her bed.

"Jas! I think I found it" Harry called I scrambled towards Sarah's cot and spotted the bright pink phone but it was shoved beneath Sarah's stomach. "How are we gonna get that without waking her?" I sighed "I'll just lift her" Harry said before taking hold of Sarah.

He held one hand below her head and one round her waist before lifting her steadily. "Harry, be careful" I gulped as I reached out for the phone.

"Harry" someone squeaked. Oh no!
