A Day in the Rain

Gloria wakes up the next morning to the sounds of pattering on the tent. Her mind is fuzzy, as it tries to piece together how she ended up where she is, which is naked on and laying on top of an equally nude Bea. Slowly, bits and pieces of the night before start to shimmer back into existence within her memory, and she feels herself shudder as a residual wave of pleasure courses its way through her.

Carefully, she removes herself from Bea, and throws a nightgown, shoes, and a jacket on. Then she slips out of the tent, trying to keep the zipper from making too much noise. Outside, rain is sprinkling the field. The rain is cold to the touch, yet feels refreshing on her skin. Lotads and Lombres have all crawled out of the ponds in the area to gather the rain water in their dishes, and Gloria can even see a Ludicolo dancing on one of the small islands in the pond. She chuckles and puts up the hood on her jacket. This was something she used to do all the time. Just looks around and take in the world, and everything within it. There were days during her challenge, and even after she became Champion, that she would just sit, and watch.

Above the sounds of the rain, she hears the zipper from the tent, looks over and sees Bea climbing out. The fighting type trainer, in her gym uniform with a jacket over top comes jogging over to Gloria.

"Did I wake you?" Gloria asks.

"No, this is around the time I would normally wake up anyway," Bea smiles. There is a long pause before Bea then asks, "Did you enjoy last night?"

Gloria smiles and nods. "It was one of the best experiences of my life,"

Bea beams as she hears this, glad it had been successful. "Marnie and I decided, it was unfair of us to ask you to choose. We know how caring a person you are, and the guilt you would carry with you even if you felt you made the right choice,"

"I'm sorry," Gloria mumbles and Bea just shakes her head.

"Silly, you have nothing to be sorry over. How deeply affectionate and caring you are, it is part of why we both love you. And although I can say that I'm not really a fan of the idea of a polygamous relationship, I a more than willing to do it if it means I get to share the rest of my life with you,"

Gloria looks at Bea who is smiling, and she feels tears start to roll down her cheeks. Before long she is all out crying, startling Bea who then wraps her arms around Gloria. "Did I say something wrong,"

"No," Gloria cries. "I just, I don't deserve the two of you. You are both so kind to me, and are willing to sacrifice so much for me, "

"You misunderstand Gloria," Bea chuckles, rubbing Gloria's back. "We do this, because Marnie and I both believe that neither of us alone are worthy of you. You've sacrificed so much for both of us, and even when we...abandoned you. As soon as we came back, you rushed into our arms, and reminded us why it was we loved you so much. So please, let us be worthy of you," Gloria looks into Bea's eyes, and can see how serious she is.

"There...is a problem though," Gloria says after thinking it over.

"Oh?" Bea asks, then shivers as her jacket isn't water proof like Gloria's. Gloria rolls her eyes and starts to head back to the tent.

"I can't parade around with two different girlfriends. Not exactly something that would be well received or accepted. Nor am I sure it is something I want to expose kids or teenagers to the idea of,"

"Yeah, our situation is...unique, and it may not even work out long run. So advertising it does seem ill advised," Bea sighs and unzips to door only to be hammered by the smell from within the tent.

Having slept in it, neither had noticed the smell as they left, but now it hit them like a rampaging Bouffalant. The mixture of all the bodily fluids from the night before have made a potent mix that knock the two of them for a loop.
