Gloria is the first to wake up the next morning, awoken by a sudden urge. When she does awake, she finds herself sandwiched between the naked forms of Marnie and Bea. Despite a lack of motivation, or desire, her body urged her forward.
Wiggling her way out from between them, doing her best not to wake them, Gloria steps out of the tent and feels her body shiver as she steps into the morning air. The sun had not even pierced the mountains yet, leaving their little area still within the grips of night. Heading out of the cave mouth she looks over the glistening ocean then up to the stars. This morning, they shine brighter than they had for her in a long while.
After taking care of her business, she heads back to the tent, her body shaking from the cold, only to see Bea is up as well, and is doing her morning stretches.
"Did I wake you?" Gloria asks in a hushed voice.
"Nah, it is around the time I normally wake up anyway," Bea answers, while trying to fight off the stinging cold as well.
"I'm sorry I fell asleep on you last night," Gloria mumbles, blushing a bit. Bea just smiles and leans in and kisses Gloria on her cheek, causing the girl to redden further.
"Don't worry about it, you were tired, and I was happy to carry my girl to bed," the words come off as sweet with a air of authority behind them. Gloria feels her stomach flip as the sentence finishes, and can do little more than nod. "Good, now why don't you go back into the tent and warm up. I'll come in and get you when I get back from my run,"
"O...ok," Gloria mumbles, her face as red as a tamato berry. She then steps into the tent, Bea watching her and then zips it up before laying back down with a blanket wrapped over her. She still doesn't quite grasp why her body reacts the way it does when Bea orders her around like that.
Marnie remains asleep next to her, and after Gloria has warmed up she wants to go start cleaning up, but part of her refuses. Bea said she would come and get her after her run was over, so she should stay there. Why though? Gloria knows it makes no sense to be frozen by something like that, that she should just get up and do whatever she would normally do, yet, she can't.
So, there she sits, her eyes lighting up when she hears the zipper open to reveal Bea. Bea chuckles as she sees Gloria sitting there smiling next to a still snoring Marnie.
"Good girl," Bea laughs, and puts her hand on Gloria's head causing the girl to feel a level of elation that she has never quite experienced before. The fighting type trainer then takes the Champion by the hand and leads her out of the tent so the two of them can begin cleaning up the site.
Allister wakes up about twenty minutes later, and instantly starts assisting. Now annoyed, Bea wakes up Marnie who is throwing quite a fit about the whole ordeal. Allister and Gloria laugh, as they can hear the two arguing in the tent, all while cleaning up all the food scraps and pots from the day prior.
Once Marnie is finally dressed and out of the tent, her face with a sour puss on it, she too starts to help out. The sun has not quite pierced the mountains by the time they have finished up, and the cool wind still blows across the field.
"You three ready to wrap up our trip?" Gloria asks, only to receive three groans. She chuckles then says, "Yeah, me either,"
The four then set out back through the cave, and once on the other side, they thank Tyranitar once again, before heading back out toward Lake Miloch. The trek is long, but the weather is gorgeous now that they are out in the sun. The light breeze blowing through their hair, and the first signs of foliage starting to creep its ways onto the trees in the wild area.
