Normally I leave my notes at the end, but this chapter calls for a warning. This chapter does mention slight thoughts of suicide.
She walked side to side like a caged lion. After finishing rehab, Jennie typically had a peaceful attitude, but at that moment, she was neither calm nor patient. She was desperate for Jisoo to finish talking to the other client so that she could speak with her. The scene Lisa described of how she found Rosé still spun in her head. The model had no motive to lie to her, but the short girl still needed more proof. Proof that she wasn't going insane and that a person could journey through time by some strange miracle.
The sounds of bells interrupted her thoughts. She raised her obsidian eyes to the door where a man was exiting with trembling hands. The man was proceeded by the psychic. Jisoo's penetrating gaze immediately met with hers, shocked by her presence. No words were exchanged, just a simple motion to enter into the 'office.'
Jennie didn't want to beat around the bush. She hated herself for starting to believe such a crazy thing. It was bullshit!
"Your face tells me that you have come here to seek answers regarding Rosé."
"Is she really a reincarnation?" She leaned her face forward. They were both sitting on their knees with only a low table separating their bodies.
"Think of something." Jisoo fixed her eyes on her but kept her calm tone. "Think of something that only you know. Something you have never told anyone except for Rosanne Park Chaeyoung, your best friend." Those thoughts immediately flooded Jennie's mind. She wanted to block the negative memories, but it was too late. "The sun is setting, and you're sitting next to each other on the grass in a huge backyard that looks like a park behind the alcohol and rehabilitation center."
Jennie's jaw dropped. A hand that was on top of the table formed a fist, and her stomach was turning. She was at a loss for words. "But..."
"You give her a worried look. The only thing you wish for is to escape from your vices. Your hands are shaking. Rosie looks to you with the same desire to escape from drugs; that is when you confess to her that you attempted to take your own life."
Silence permeated the room. Jisoo didn't use her powers on others so explicitly. She would typically use clever wordplay with other clients, but she couldn't do the same with Jennie. Not when the destiny of two souls was at stake. Before Jennie started to cry, Jisoo extended her hand to place it on top of the girl's soft hands. The psychic wanted to guide her and give her a sense of peace so that fate could continue on the right path.
"Don't be afraid. This is all real. I was aware of it the day she stepped inside this store with Lisa Manoban. Don't see her as an enemy; help Rosé Cavendish complete her destiny."
"This can't be real, it can't...how do you know that?"
"Because I can see. I've had these powers since I was a child." She whispered without lifting her voice with the same enigmatic look she always carried. Jennie knew she was telling the truth.

Wednesday, October 14th, Three days later. London, England.
Her head was leaned back so that her eyes could fully capture modern London. Rosé had accompanied Chitthip Manoban to England's main tourist attraction, the Palace of Westminister. Wonderful, awe-inspiring; she lacked adjectives to describe it. She continued to be astonished ever since they had arrived on British soil that morning. It was hard to believe that she was back in the country where she had been born three hundred years ago.
