The bright, pooping colors of autumn matched Samandriel's spirits as he gleefully walked to the park. He was meeting his boyfriend, Adam, there. They hadn't seen each other face to face in months since Adam had gone to college a few states over while Samandriel finished his last year of high school. He was coming home for Thanksgiving weekend. Samandriel missed Adams' laugh, his smile, his hugs. He could see the park from the street he was on, and broke into a run, ignoring the several puddles he stepped into left from the rain last night. Adam came into view and Samandriel ran faster, faster.

"Adam!" Adam spun as Samandriel jumped at him. Samandriels arms wrapped around Adam, pulling him tight against his chest. Adam returned the hug, squeezing his beloved boyfriend.

"Hey there Alfie" Alfie was Adam's nickname for Samandriel, but he could never remember where it came from.

"I missed you" Samandriel buried his face into Adam's neck. "So much."

"I missed you more"

"Nuh uh" Adam lifted Samandriels chin so that they were staring into each other's eyes.

"Would you like to go for a walk?" Adam asked.

"No, I just want to stay right here in your arms" Samandriel smiled at Adam before reluctantly letting go of the hug. Adam held out his hand and Samandriel took it, tangling his fingers with his boyfriends.

The park had beautiful, bright green grass year round, with bushes and yellow flowers lining the dirt pathway that winded its way around the large pond with a large fountain in the center that sprayed in every direction. This time of year, the pushes were just clumps of twigs and the fountain was off, but Samandriel didn't mind. He was with Adam and that was all that mattered.

"What did you miss most about me?" Samandriel questioned while bumping his shoulder into his boyfriends. They rocked back and forth with this movement.

"Hmm. Tough question." Adam was quiet for a moment. "I always thought you were a good kisser. So I missed that."

"Well it's been a while. I might be a little rusty." Samandriel shrugged.

"Wanna test that theory?" Adam stopped, wrapping his hands around Samandriels thin waist. Samandriel closed the gap in between them, pushing against Adam until their bodies were flush with each other. Adam tasted like cinnamon. He always did, and that was something Samandriel loved about Adam. Samandriel hum-laughed into Adams lips, and when they pulled away, he gave him a fangirl-like smile. "Gee, Alfie, you're not rusty at all. You sure you haven't been kissing other guys while I was away?"

Samandriel gasped in fake offense. "Never" He took Adam's hand again and they continued down the path.

"Hows Balthazar, Castiel, Gabriel, Lucifer, Michael, Raphael, Anna... am I leaving anyone out?" Adam asked. Samandriel shook his head.

"They're all pretty good. Balthazar's off at college, Michael and Luci moved out and are sharing an apartment together, though I'm not sure if they are really sharing more than Michael is letting Luce stay. I doubt Luci is helping to pay the rent or bills. Cas and Gabe are dating your half brothers-"

"Whoa whoa whoa" Adam cut him off. "Dean has a boyfriend?"

"Not surprised about Sam?"

"Meh. I always thought he was kinda gay." Adam shrugged.
