-Third POV-

"So, what really happened that night?"

That question plagued Ezra's mind. Especially her cold, dark, and gruesome voice. She was like this when she was really pissed about something. Take Wedge, her ex, for example. When she discovered that alleyway and found that lying bastard kissing another girl, she was mad.

The girl he was kissing fueled her even more when she used that smart attitude of hers. Ezra let go of that thought as he tried to think of a reason to tell her but failed. All he could do was just tell her the truth. If she knocked the hell out of him, he'll might as well take it like a man now and cry about it later.

"Um, I remember the party you had, and Leia kind of.....confessed about-" Ezra was interrupted by Sabine.

"Loving you. I know." Sabine said coldly, as Ezra was scared even more.

"Well, it's not what you think." Ezra said as he rubbed his neck while Sabine looked at him like he was insane.

"I know what happened, Ezra. I saw it with my own eyes!" She exclaimed. Her voice was so booming that Ezra almost jumped out of the bed from being so terrified. Good thing it didn't wake the others.

"Erm, s-she d-didn't exactly k-kiss me. Actually, I-I....um." Ezra stuttered as Sabine was getting annoyed.

"Well, spit it out!" She yelled.

"ItoldherthatIdidn'tlikeherthatwayandthatmeandyouwerestilltogether!" Ezra said quickly, as Sabine was shocked. She thought that when Leia told him, he would kiss her. Good thing she was wrong.

Ezra, meanwhile, was holding his hands up, readying himself for a punch in the face but that punch never came. He slowly put his hands down, looking at Sabine in the process.

"I....I'm so sorry. I was mad at you for no reason." Sabine said as she looked down. "I thought you were going to kiss her after she confessed to you."

"Um....actually, uh, you're gonna laugh at this." Ezra nervously chuckled, as Sabine turned her head towards him. "See, when I told her that I didn't like her back, she tried to kiss me."

"And?" Sabine asked as she was starting to get irritated while clenching her fists already.

"Tristan pushed me away and kissed her instead." Ezra said again, as Sabine's eyes widened. "Better him than...me....right?"

"Yeah. I guess." Sabine murmured.

"Why the long face?" Ezra questioned.

"I just....I just didn't want Tristan to give away his first kiss to prevent you from accidentally cheating, y'know?" Sabine spoke with honesty. "I'm not sure he wasn't really prepared about it anyway."

Ezra felt bad. He didn't really want Tristan's first kiss to be with Leia since he didn't seem to be interested in her. Well, maybe he was, maybe he wasn't. The true loyalty was how Tristan sacrificed his first kiss so Ezra wouldn't be caught cheating. Anyways, he tried to change the subject.
