Brooke's POV:
I was so embarrassed. I laughed nervously, splashed him and swam away quickly. I hear him laugh and then swim after me. I hide behind Will and Dana.
"Oh no you don't. I'm not getting in his way. You started a splash war, you're gunna finish it." Will laughs. I shriek as I feel Cole's arms wrap around me. He dunks me and pulls me back out. We're both laughing and all the guys are looking at us. Madi has a huge grin on her face.
"Will you two just kiss already?" Dana says. Cole and I both look at each other and smirk. "What?" Dalton adds. Cole shrugs his shoulders and raises an eyebrow at me. I giggle and he leans down and kisses me gently. The others let out a huge cheer while Cole and I just laugh. They don't know about last night and we're going to keep it that way.
We spent the entire day at the beach. I just wanted to walk down the beach a little ways before we left. I told everyone where I was going and started walking. I hear someone jog up beside me. Cole. I smiled to myself and glanced over at him. He smiled at me and slipped his hand into mine. I entwined our fingers and we continued to walk in silence. It wasn't an awkward silence, but a nice one.
I know this sounds weird, me being 16, but I've never had a real boyfriend. I mean, I've had boyfriends, but never a serious one.
