Everyone starts to make their way up the stairs into Jaxon's house. Jaxon held onto me while we walked up the stairs with one arm around my waist, with the other holding my right hand. He even asked me if I would like him to carry him up because he knows how hard the stairs can be. But I did it by taking my time and Jaxon's help. Ethan and Rosie came up behind us.

When we made it to the top, Jaxon still didn't fully let me go. He took one of my hands and wrapped it around his arm to link him. We got to the door and there was a server standing there, in a white clean button-down shirt with a blank waist over it, he was also wearing dress pants with some fancy shoes on his feet. There was another server wearing the same uniform by the other side. They were both holding glasses of champagne for the guess. When I was offered one, I shook my head.

"No thank you," I say giving the server a polite smile. He nodded then gave Rosie and Ethan a glass. Jaxon didn't take one either. The room was beautifully decorated, there were white and light pink flowers placed around, along with some candles. Even the light of the room was perfect. We get closer into the crowd of man and woman, with beautiful gowns and different suits on them, with Rosie and Ethan still following us.

"What are we waiting for?" I ask standing on my tippy toes to whisper to Jaxon.

"My Dad" he answered while rolling his eyes.

Just before Jaxon Dad came out. Mia appeared to my side in a stunning Royal blue, jaw-dropping dress. "Hi, Ally. I love your dress". She said with a sweet smile. Rosie comes closer from behind me, whispering into my ear.

"She is up to something".

I giggled, then Jaxon looked down at me with a small smile. "Are you ok?"

"I'm fine."

A couple of minutes later the crowd starts to clap for Jaxon Dad, as he begins to walk down the right side of the stairs.

When I looked up to Jaxon, he was rolling his eyes. The clapping started to die down as everyone was still looking up at Jaxon's Dad, Jeff. He stopped halfway down the stairs then started to give a speech.

"Ladies and Gentlemen. I would like to thank you all for coming to this year's Charity Ball, to raise money for Foster kids. To help kids that need homes and have nowhere to go. My late wife Kelly worked as a Social Worker, so she always wanted to help as much she could. My Kelly has such a big heart so, tonight as always is for her, and all the children we are going to help in the near future."

Jeff raises his glass of champagne. "To the future," he said then everyone followed after by raising their glasses then repeated what Jeff said, "To the future."

"Please everyone enjoy your night," Jeff said before he started walking down the stairs to welcome all his guests.

Jaxon put his hand on my lower back. "Come on. Let's head outside."

We started to walk to the back with Rosie and Ethan behind us. When we got to the back door seeing the stunning setting you would only see in movies

"Wow" fell from my lips quietly. I think Jaxon heard me because he turned to look at me smiling, watching me as I was in awe of everything around me. As we started to walk down the outside steps, I took everything around me.

There were lights hanging above us, the swimming pool was turned into a dance floor, there were white tables placed around the dance floor. When we got down the stairs, I noticed there was a small group of orchestras playing sweet classical music in front of the dance floor. There were people already looking like they're having a good time, getting lost in conversation while others were dancing their night away.
