Under A Dark Cloud

Chapter 15

Keira's POV :

After playing with Carra and Pierre for a long time, I decided to take a little break. I was roaming around the mansion and soon enough, I think I'm lost. I walked in around the place aimlessly till I stumbled in a glass door.

I went inside and was amazed. There was a huge garden that was really beautiful and so serene. It was awe-strikingly wonderful. It even looks like this place has a tiny piece of Eden in here. The plants and flowers looks so rare and exotic here. There are different beautiful colored plants here I haven't seen yet.

" Beautiful- "

" CLOUDY WITH THE CHANCE OF MEATBALLS, HOW DARE YOU NOT TELL ME ABOUT YOU AND- ohhh....You're not Cloud..... "

I jumped for a bit and turned to see a beautiful blond haired woman. She formed a letter O with her mouth and pointed randomly.

" Uhmm....Is Cloud here..with you?, " The beautiful blonde asked nervously.

I shook my head. The beautiful blonde bit her lip and looked at me with an embarrassed look. Her striking brown eyes with a bit of green looks so friendly and familiar.

" So! Ehehe... I'm gonna guess you're Cloud's wife, right? Uhmmm Keira, right..?," She said, trying not to embarrass herself more with a smile. I smiled and nodded.

" Oh goody goody!!! I've heard so much about you from Mom, Dad, Damanico, some guys and Cloud, of course! Oh my gosh, You look even more prettier than I imagine!, " She squealed and beamed at me and walked towards me to pull me in for a hug. I was still for a bit and finally hugged her back.

Yup. I can tell that She is definitely like Louisa. Fun, Friendly and quirky. The blonde pulled away for a bit and put a hand on her mouth.

" Oh M Gee, I'm so sorry! I was just so excited to meeting you that I forgot to introduce myself! Hi, My name is Luca Kiev-Valentino and yes, the older sister of my two airhead of a brothers, " She smiled, giggling for a bit.

Ok. I've come to both conclusions. One. The whole Valentino family knows me, well maybe and two, The Valentinos have an extreme family heritage of having incredibly good looks. Seriously, I should be the one who should be calling her the prettiest. She looks like an angel disguised as a model.

Then, She let go and turned to look at the view. I looked at the beautiful scene of fauna as well.

" It's such a wonderful place, isn't it? This is one of my favorite places here in the Villa. I just love coming here and feel all that good nature. Relieves all that stress, you know?, " Luca said, sighing happily. I nodded in agreement. She was right. It felt so great and relaxing here.

Suddenly, We heard the door open and see a panting Cloud. His eyes widened to see Luca and me and straightened himself. He clapped his hands together and chuckled nervously.

" Oh, Luca! I didn't know you were here! I see you met my sposa, " He said, nervously smiling.

" You're damn right I did, " Luca said with a fake smile that hides anger. I saw Cloud gulped. Woah, She must be that really scary for Cloud, the Mafia King, to be scared of.

Luca fished out a pair of medical gloves and wore them. And beside her was a exotic and weird looking plant with eye-like berries.

She grabbed a berry and waved it. She smirked teasingly.

" You know what this is, Cloud? You know this plant. This is a highly toxic plant called Dolls' Eye, remember? And if so help me if you don't come here this instant, I will poison you with this!, " Luca threatened. I looked at her. She's joking, right? From the sweet angel to a terrifying goddess.

Without any hesitation, Cloud strided across the room quickly and stood infront of Luca, eyeing the weird berry with fear.

Luca threw the berry away some place far and took off her gloves. After that, She quickly grabbed the ear of Cloud, making him yelp in pain.

" Cloudius with a chance of spaghetti. Why didn't you tell me that you arrived today?, " Luca said with a sweet voice.

Cloud looked at her nervously and answered, " Because I want to surprise you? "

With a good yank, She let go of him. Cloud mouthed out somewhat like Italian curses while rubbing his ear. It made Cloud look like a child who was been scolded and punished, even though he's a 27 year old man. I stiffled a giggle.

Cloud glanced at me with a frown and nodded to Luca. But all I can do is shrugging my shoulders.

" Ok. Let's have a bit chit-chat. That includes you as well, Cloud Valentino, " Luca said, smiling at me and glaring at Cloud.

Chatting with Luca was really fun and entertaining. Although, She wasn't happy with the whole incident in the wedding. She was married to a rich and a highly successful hotel chain Russian owner named Gregory Nicolas Kiev. And surprising enough, She's the mother of the happy energetic duo, Carra and Pierre.

But I learned so many things about Cloud and his background as well. He and Damanico are twins but Damanico is just 6 seconds older than Cloud. I even get to learn a bit about Cloud's past and even his silly nicknames. But in time, Cloud will tell me the rest.

After that, It was already afternoon. Cloud took me out on the balcony. I watched the view as I sighed. Hands snaked its way to my waist as Cloud hugged me from behind. He pressed a light kiss on my neck and rested his chin on my shoulder.

" So, What do you think, Fiorella?, " His voice slightly husky.

" It's wonderful here....Chloe, " I said, giggling. Cloud groaned and buried his face on my shoulder. I smiled and rested my head on his.

Cloud kissed my cheek and smiled. We stayed like that, enjoying the view. The sunset was so breath-taking here.

" How about we go have dinner? Just the two of us, of course, " Cloud suggested.

" Where?, " I looked at him.

" Secret. I'll surprise you, " He said, kissing my nose.

" You're always full of surprises, My love, " I kissed his forehead.

" Haha. But it is you, my love, who is the greatest surprise itself, " Cloud said as He planted his lips on mine which I kissed him back.

" Well, then..Let's go, " Cloud said, scooping me up and carrying me like a sack of potatoes. I laughed as We headed out.
