And to those who can't wait or impatient for me to update already, guess what? Me no feel the connection of me and my characters. I wanted to put myself in that position as if I was the character myself but I became the person who just wrote updates, so...

Cloud's Pov :

~ Dreamscape ~

I was suddenly thrown back in the darkness again after collapsing inside the burning warehouse due to too much smoke inhaled in my system and out of fatigue for chasing that guy like f-ck.

A spotlight was shown on me as I looked around but all I could see is the darkness around me. I searched around until I was infront of my wife and the small boy in just a few meters away.

I watched as Keira bent down and whispered something to the small boy as He giggled and start to take few steps towards me. I watched and wanted to reach my hand out but for fear that an invisible barrier will stop me from reaching out.

The small boy looked at me with confused look as he started to walk towards me again and we were just a meter apart. I looked down at the small boy as he tilted his head up and looked up at me with those warm and soft emerald green eyes.

All I did was just standing there, not knowing what to do next until I unconsciously kneeled down on the floor infront of the small boy and opened my arms wide as if for a hug.

I thought that I look pretty stupid doing this in front of a small boy but the next thing I knew, I felt small arms around me as I looked down to see the small boy hugging me.

I stopped myself from a laugh as I stood there in amazement as the small boy looked at me with a smile. He left go of my waist as he held his arms up as if he wanted me to carry him up.

But it took me a moment to realize this as I smiled and held him up as I hugged him, burying my face in his small neck as he giggled. I never felt so happy until I looked up and saw Keira, my love, walking towards me with a smile.

I looked at her lovingly as she reached her hand out but out of reflex, I flinched a bit, thinking that something will be there to stop her from touching me. But she persisted anyways and I felt a soft and warm sensation in my cheek as her hand cupped it. I closed my eyes as I felt this moment, wishing it would never end but I felt her hand away from my cheek as I opened my eyes to see her with the smiling small boy in front of me. I was dumbfound until I started to assume something bad was going to happen.

Before I was started to fear that something will ruin this moment, I watched her calmly shook her head with a smile as she spoke with a soft and gentle voice,

" Don't worry, Cloud. Nothing will happen to us but i believe it's time for you to wake up, hun. Wake up, my loving husband. "

My eyes slowly went open as I squinted them a bit after the slightly bright exposure of light. Sure, it stinged a bit but at least it's not like the smoke and the heat of the fire that hurt and stung my eyes like b***h.

If getting nearly killed by a fire inside a burning down building with falling and smoldering hot debris nearly adding points to the extent, then it wasn't probably worth it.

Damn, all of it would have been worth it but since I wasn't able to finish off that damn bastard who planned this whole shit to kidnap my wife.

That bastard was lucky enough to get out of the building alive and have his ass getting saved and hauled up by some helicopter to safety. But at least we won this war, most of their men got killed but ours pretty much kicked the bucket or seriously injured as well but hey, this is Mafia world and it just works this way. Some die, injured, blackmailed, backstabbed, and the list goes a lot longer than that.
