"You sure you don't want to stay with me? My mom is already dying to meet you."

"Yes, I'm sure. Wait- you talk about me to your mom?" Marco sends me a cheeky smile. I sigh, running a hand through my hair. Only two more days until Christmas break ends and school officially starts agian. Mostly everyone has came back. Sev, Marco, Cissa, Bella. The only person who hasn't came back is Reg. Which, I think is normal since he wants to spend more time with mommy and daddy. I haven't told anyone about me and Regulus' fight, or what I said. I still can't believe I said that. I mean, do I really love him? Or was it just in that moment, I was being pressured?

"Where do you guys want to go today?" Cissa asks, popping a strawberry in her mouth.

"Hogsmaede?" Nate suggests, and everyone looks at him with a bored expression. We've been going to Hogsmaede every day now, we've explored every shop and dark alley.

"Library?" Sev speaks up, but everyone ignores him.

"We could mess with the gryffindorks." Marco suggests, throwing a pancake at Nate. Everyone's faces light up with a large smile. We eat our breakfast, and pack up our stuff. We walk to the gryffindor common room, not even trying to hide where we're going. In fact, we're being loud as possible. It's still early in the morning, and even though gryffindor's are known for being courageous and adventurous, they like to sleep in.

"Shut up!"

"Uuugh!"

"Quiet!" Voices yell from the common room, and we drown in laughter. The gryffindor's are always loud, starting food fights and dragging the slytherin's into their drama, so why can't we do the same? We all walk up right to the portrait door, shouting about how much better our quidditch team is from their's. The portrait door starts to move, and me and the rest of the group run as fast as we can to the end of the hallway. A prefect ends up opening the door, with an angry expression. But when she sees that we're all the way at the end of the hall, she looks around the door, looks back at us, and then slams it shut. Cissa snorts, and our laughter is echoed in the hallway. My mind forgets all about Regulus, all about our fight, all about my confession, everything. I completely forget about it, focusing on this very moment. I put on a mask, making a large smile and making my eyes sparkle. But, different eyes see different things. We continue talking loudly right infront of the gryffindor door, and running away whenever we hear someone coming. By the time we're finished, my ribs hurt from laughing and I have tears in my eyes. Happy tears- not sad.

"God that was hilarious!" Bella's demonic cackle echoes through the hall.

"Ya, and that prefect!" Nate comments, and we all burst out in laughter yet agian.

"I wish Lucius was here!" Cissa wines, making Bella groan.

"Where is Lucius?" I wonder outloud. I haven't seen him in forever. I see Marco raise his brows at Nate, which Nate nods to. My eyes glance between Marco and Nate suspicually, and my nerves rise even more when Marco looks at me with pitiful eyes.

"Lucius is helping Reg with.....something." Marco finally says. Something? What is something.

"Oh." I mock bitterly, trying to shove his cute little face out of my memories. Cissa, Sev, and Bella curiously look at me, then at Marco and Nate. I see Nate mouth "long story" to them, and I huff angrily. How am I supposed to feel about this? Are we still even together? I shouldn't be worrying about him- he left, he's not here.

"I'm gonna go take a walk." I say, sprinting out into the quidditch fields. A couple of Hufflepuffs are practicing a quidditch game, and I tug at my cloak as small crystal snowflakes start to fall from the grey sky.
