Before we start, I just wanna share with you guys a poem that I wrote that I think fits with the story. Don't worry, this is 100% my own work :)
*Ahem ahem*
Truth;what most adults value and what most kids are afraid of. Truth could be different to different people. Truth could be love. Truth could be evil. Truth could be invisible person, that only you can here.
"Speak only the truth."
"Keep your mouth clean."
My parents would say.
"That way, you won't hurt anyone."
But what if I do? What if I lose someone because of the truth. See, that's the funny thing about this subject. It has a rather different effect. In our youth, truth is valued. We must not have a lying tooth in our mouths. But as we grow old, we hold onto the lies, afraid of what truth could do to us. Truth, as we all know, is a rather weird thing to discuss.
