I'm so sorry for not updating! I've been stressing with things going on in IRL that I kept forgetting I need to update this book! But thank you all for being patient with me!

"Voila." Toby said bluntly. It was nighttime by now and Toby, Y/n, Jim, Aaarrrgghh and Blinky were were out in the road infront of Eli's house. While Y/n had went adventuring on her own back at the museum, Toby had over heard Eli going nuts about something trollhunter related.

"Remind me how this is bad?" Y/n asked softly she was bending down a bit with her hands on her knees as the group looked at some kind of green creature that seemed to have been ran over.

"Not voila, goblin." Aaarrrgghh corrected as Jim poked the creature with a stick. Y/n raised a brow at this, she may have been familiar with trolls, but never really goblins.

"Goblin?" Jim asked as if he had read Y/n's mind as she stood up straight and put her hands on her hips but kept her eyes on the squashed goblin below.

"Ruthless tricksters." Blinky said as he held his top hands together with a worried expression upon his face. "Petty street vandals who leave a wake of destruction. This is not good." Blinky said as he put his hands on his hips or shoulders and as Toby also stoop up straight.

"Well, justice was served." Jim admitted and tossed the stick away after standing up. He then clapped his hands together and looked at the two trolls as Y/n and Toby looked at Jim. "We should get back and train for Draal." Jim said, but Blinky didn't look even the slightest of pleased.

"Oh no, Master Jim. Where there is one, there is many." Blinky said as he gestured to the goblin with fear and made his hands rest back on his hips or shoulders. "And as for the unfortunate soul who ran over this small fellow, may Skaargen's swift blade have mercy!" Blinky said as Y/n heard something. She looked up and walked to the source with Toby not far behind.

"And why is that?" Jim asked after Blinky spat in both sets of his hands and hand then rest by his sides in a saluting manner. Toby then walked up to Eli's house as Y/n looked down at the streets with squinted eyes at a bush that was surrounded by trees.

"Naturally, goblin payback is ten-fold." Blinky said and held up his fingers to represent the number ten.

"Are you saying whoever ran this guy over is in serious trouble?" Jim asked in fear as his plan of training was now thrown out the window.

"A delivery driver left a sticky note on Eli's house!" Toby said as he ran back to the group with the sticky saying the person who put it on the door would come back again. This caused Y/n to yelp and turn back to the group and sighed in relief to see it was only Toby. "Wait for it. The goblin might have gotten squashed by the delivery truck!" Toby said with glee as he held up the note to Jim as Y/n stood next to Toby.

"Hey, let me see that." Y/n said and yoinked it out of Toby's hands to look at it better. "It says the driver's returning at eight, that means we have to be here too." Y/n said as she handed it to Jim who took it and also read the note.

"Y/n's right, we're not gonna let some poor guy become goblin chow on our watch." Jim said as he pointed to the ground with the note in hand.

"Master Jim, answering the call!" Blinky said with joy to see his student had learned something from his teachings. Y/n smirked as she showed she was in and Toby began to laugh a little.

"So cool. Stakeout!" Toby said as he laughed, Aaarrrgghh, Blinky and Y/n looking at him with smiles. "Past my curfew!" He said as he punched the air with both fists. This caused Y/n to sigh as she rubbed her brow.

"You best be lucky that your guardian is asleep by now." Y/n said as she folded her arms across her chest. But being careful not to touch her burns which were starting to heal up.

A few hours later...

The group had split up in two, Y/n with Jim and Blinky and Aaarrrgghh with Toby. As a car pasted by, Blinky growled in annoyance as Jim and Aaarrrgghh stood in a bush. Y/n was sitting in a tree with her back agaisnt a branch that was above the two.

"It's already nine o'clock." Blinky said as he hand his arms folded across his chest as Jim looked at Eli's house with binoculars as Y/n let one of her legs swing forwards and backwards out of boredom. "it appears the only thing being delivered is failed expectations."

"At least, no sign of goblins." Jim reminded Blinky and then grabbed the walkie talkie that Y/n held above his head. Y/n smirked a bit as Blinky looked through the Binoculars that Jim held a moment ago. "Hey Tobes, all clear. How's it going over there?" Jim asked.

"All good in the hood, Trollhunter, except I can't stop moving." Toby admitted as he jogged in place. Aaarrrgghh looked over at Toby with confusion. "My love of stakeouts is being ruined by my overwhelming need to obtain swag." Toby said, Blinky seemed confused.

"He means the more he workouts, the more cool stuff he gets. He wants the stuff which is ruining the idea of going on a stakeout for him." Y/n explained, Blinky nodded in Y/n explaining it for him. He then made a noise in delight as he figured out how to use the binoculars in his own way. "Other than that, nothing unusual."

"You are unusual." Aaarrrgghh said in a joking manner before Toby signed off. Jim shook his head as he rolled his eyes and smirked. He then went back to looking at the road until he heard a sigh. Jim looked up Y/n and frowned a bit as she just stared at the sky.
