Hunting a Dragon

Not even caring if Nomura had weapons on her, Y/n jumped out of her posture and used her tail to surprise kick Nomura off her feet as Jim and Toby ran into the exhibit that Y/n did before during the school trip. But the odd thing was that there was more scaffolding around the room and something big was covered by a tarp. The podium and it's book gone from the room as well. Y/n had just ran in and hadn't tripped so she was standing fine on her paws, until the boys rolled in and bumped into her. Causing all three to fall onto the ground, Y/n hissing a little upon her burns getting touched. "But a human trollhunter..." Nomura said as she walked through the drapes like it was nothing. "That, I've never tasted." Nomura said as she made her way closer to Jim as she crouched down a little and reached her hand out as a way to seem intimidating towards Jim.

Y/n growled at Nomura as a way of trying to seem tough. Nomura smirked as she looked at Y/n. "Your bark is worse than your bite, dragon. Your skin will make a nice decoration on the walls of my museum." Nomura said as Jim narrowed his eyes towards her as he grabbed something from his back pocket. "Then let's see how you like the taste of Daylight." Jim said with a smirk as he pulled out his amulet, Nomura stepping back as the amulet glowed a little. "That was a good one, Jimbo!" Toby said with a smirk as the amulet then was triggered and hovered Jim in the air as the pieces of his suit appeared which then made his armor as he grabbed his sword that manifested in the air and smirked at Nomura as he landed on the ground with grace. Y/n was ready to fire a fireball at Nomura, only for something to be tossed onto her head and blind her temporally. Y/n yelped as she felt she was being pulled backwards, this caused her to walk backwards as she heard Jim fighting Nomura and Toby grunting. 

Y/n hissed as she then grabbed the thing covering her eyes and threw it over away from her head. She saw a couple of stray goblins and narrowed her eyes as she got into a defensive stance, the goblins began to try and distract her. Toby had found the goblin that led him and Jim to the museum and was wrestling with it to get the cubby tracker off the goblins neck. Y/n hissed at the goblins that had begun to surround her, making her wonder why there was so many surrounding her. She didn't take into account that Jim's mind was racing on just about the events in front of him as Nomura easily dodged his attacks, he was worried about where Y/n was. Since he didn't know where she was, he could only assume the worst. Thinking that Nomura or the goblins had done something terrible to her since the doors being locked and this place swarming with goblins.

Jim grunted as he tried to hit Nomura once more, only for her to jump back and laugh evilly. Giving a glance to her finger and gasping when seeing Jim's blade had caused since a tiny cut. "AH!" Nomura yelled and glared at him, reaching behind her to grab her boiling blades. "You'll die for that." She threated and began to wave them around skillfully as she shown her skill, Jim being way out of his league as Y/n used her tail and wings to hit goblins away from her. Y/n would normally threaten them with her fire, but she could easily burn down anything and anyone in this building. Even if it did come down to that, she wasn't fire proof and fast enough. But the goblins began to get smart and grabbed several traps used by Vikings and threw them at Y/n, who gasped as she saw them spinning towards her. I think ya'll know which ones I'm talking about. If you don't they're the same one used in the HTTYD movies.

She tried to fly off, but they wrapped around her body and wings, causing her to crash onto the ground. Y/n hissed his pain as she had to spin her form around in order for her burns to not touch anything and cause them to be in worse state than they usually are. Meanwhile, Jim was about to hit Nomura, but Y/n's hurtling body caused him to be distracted as Nomura tried to hit him with her blades. Jim saw this at the last minute but was still hit hard enough to cause him to hurtle towards one of the banners covering the walls, bringing it down with him as he landed on the ground. Y/n had landed safely but growled at the goblins surrounding her. Y/n glared at them and looked at Jim to see Nomura laughing at him as Jim flipped the banner off him. Toby had wrestled the goblin and himself into the room again, kicking the goblin off and he was able to get the chubby tracker and put it back onto his wrist.

The goblin growled as he landed behind Nomura who stood on the banner Jim was currently under. "That was fun, now your history." Nomura joked, easily knocking Jim's sword out of his hand. "All that armor and you're just a scared little body." Nomura said, Y/n's pupils suddenly turned into slits as she tried to brake the traps still around her body. She began to growl loudly as Jim looked behind Nomura and saw the goblin, the same one Toby wrestled with, standing up with an evil grin as Nomura got ready to land a final blow on Jim. Jim suddenly remembered what Blinky had taught him.

Fear heightens your senses. Fear keeps you alive.

As Blinky's words played in his mind, Jim was able to more his posture to grab the banner. "Arrogance get's you killed!" Jim said as he was able to swipe the banner out from under Nomura's feet. Right as this was happening, Y/n was able to use her wings to rip off the trap and looked at the goblins in front of her. But their attention was directed to Jim and Nomura, who had begun to fall right onto a goblin. His body turning into just like the one the three teens found in front of Eli's house. Nomura groaned a little as she sat up, turning behind herself and gasped. A pen began to fall from the dead goblin's hand and roll down. The goblins that had surround Y/n, ran to the dead goblin and looked at the pen as it stopped rolling and rested in front of them. Y/n walked next to Jim as he was standing, Nomura screaming her denials as the goblins started taking into account as to what just happened.

"It wasn't me! NO!" Nomura pleaded as one goblin drew a mustache onto his face, in memory of the goblin who just died. But the goblins had already set their minds on Nomura's punishment as they all growled at her. Toby being Toby, pulled out his phone and took a picture of this event. "Let's get out of here!" Jim said as he grabbed Toby's hand and rushed the others out. "How do we get out?" Toby asked as they were now in the room with the locked entrance doors. Y/n looked at the doors and stood in a strong stance. Toby and Jim looked at her as she scrapped her foot against the floor, like a bull would as she huffed. She then dashed to the door and head-butt the doors open. The boys dashed out with Y/n as she tried to shake off the pain. Jim and Toby looked at Y/n as she growled at the museum doors. "Thank you for helping us." Jim said to Y/n, who looked at him with a relaxed face and just blink at him. She looked at the floor in concern before grunting in annoyance. She walked in front of the boys and just bowed a bit, her wings stretching out a bit before she ran off to go and fly back some place safe.

Sorry this took so long to update. I got Laptop for my birthday a few months ago and I had done most of my stories in a Chromebook. I'm not exactly use to the layout and I've also gotten thinking that allow me to make animatics, which I'm trying to work on finding a software that can put my music and pictures together. Also, unlike my other stories, I'm working on an actual plot for this story so it won't stick to the show entirely but still have those episodes like promised.
