Training for the Sports Festival

Whis was on his way towards the Midoriya residence after his visit with Wonder Woman, once he got there he knocked on the house door. "Coming!" Inko said on the other side a little muffled. Inko opened the door and saw Whis standing in front of her.
"Why hello Whis! What brings you here?" Inko asked.
"Well, I was gonna pick up young Izuku to train him to see if he can't get more ahold of his quirk." Whis said.
"Um, okay. I'm so happy for my baby! I knew the doctors were lying about Izuku being quirkless!" Inko said crying fountains.
"Right. Anyway, can I see Izuku Mrs. Midoriya?" Whis asked.
"Yes, I'll go get him, and please Whis, call me Inko." She said.
"Thank you Inko." Whis said bowing.
"Izuku! Whis is here to pick you up!" Inko yelled.
"Okay! Coming Mom!" Izuku yelled back.
Izuku came down stairs from his room after grabbing his luggage of two weeks worth of workout clothes.
"Well Izuku Midoriya, are you ready? We're gonna make a stop before we head to Beerus's planet." Whis said.
"Alright, i'm ready Whis! Bye Mom! I love you!" Izuku said waving his Mother goodbye.
"I love you too sweetie! Don't work too hard!" Inko said.

Whis and Izuku teleported in front of the hyper bolic time chamber to notice two familiar people. Dende and Popo. "Izuku, why don't you socialize here while I get your mentor from Vegeta." Whis said.
"Oh, alright then." Izuku said.
"Hey Izuku! How've you been?" Dende asked.
"I've been good. How about you?" Izuku asked back.
"Oh, the usual. Cleaning up messes after SOME PEOPLE train in the chamber." Dende said shouting the 'some people' at the chamber.
"Well, I mean. It could be worse." Izuku said.
"Yeah! I could be fighting Frieza, as an EARTHLING no less!" Dende said.
"Well uh... I had help." Izuku said.
"Yeah but still! Krillin used to be the strongest Earthling. That is until you came along and stole his title by a LONG shot!" Dende said in admiration.
"Well I mean... it's thanks to everyone I had met." Izuku said scratching the back of his head smiling sheepishly.
"That's same with Krillin, him and Goku grew up with each other and they've been best friends ever since!" Dende said. Izuku looked down a little knowing the only childhood friend he had turned bully against him. He's gotten better but it still somewhat hurt him.

With Whis. Whis saw Super Saiyan blue Vegeta and All Might sparring with Goku watching.
"GALIC GUN..."
"KA ME HA ME..."
"FIRE!!!/HAAAAAA!!!!" Both All Might and Vegeta collided blasts and were in a struggle.
"KAIOKEN!!!" All Might shouted.
All Might's blast pushed Vegeta's blast back a little but not for long. The struggle was finally stopped by Whis by knocking both blasts out from their hands.
"Now, if you two don't mind. I'll be training this man now." Whis said.
"Hmph. I think it's time that Toshinori and Izuku knew what kind of training Yamoshi had to go through to become the Saiyan God he was." Vegeta said.
"Indeed Vegeta, now tell me. How much more of One for All can Toshinori control?" Whis asked.
"About the same as Izuku right now, though he's obviously weaker than Izuku otherwise he wouldn't be using that Kaioken Kakarot taught him." Vegeta said.
"Thank you Vegeta. That's all I needed to know." Whis said.

Back with Izuku, Dende and Popo. The three were just socializing that is until Whis came out of the chamber with All Might. Izuku didn't think it was possible, but All Might actually looked more... buff. Of course not so much that he's unrecognizable but still.
"Ah! Young Midoriya! Goku told me what happened at the USJ, I apologize for not being there." All Might said bowing.
"It's fine All Might! We all managed." Izuku said.
"I knew you would! You're a strong young man Midoriya." All Might said holding out his fist having Izuku fist bump with him.
"Now then, shall we be off now?" Whis asked.
Both Izuku and Toshinori grabbed on to Whis's cloak and went on their way to Beerus's planet to train.
"Bye you guys!" Dende said waving at them.

"By the way Vegeta, there's this one kid who has this explosion quirk. In a way he kinda reminds me of you! Not to mention he claims to be Izuku's rival." Goku said.
"HA! No normal Earthling could even THINK of rivaling Izuku's power! Right now, both Izuku and Toshinori are at over 10,000 percent of their power and they're very close to being strong as Super Saiyan Blue evolved. But I guess it wouldn't hurt to whip this so called rival of Izuku's into shape." Vegeta said.
