Chapter 22: Welcome Home!

Leon: Do you need anything? Water? Juice? An orange? Strawberries?

Violetta: I think a hug would be great.

Leon: I can gladly give you that.

I hugged her really tight, not wanting to let her go.

Leon: Do you need or want anything else?

Violetta: Yes, this...

She grabbed the collar of my top and pressed her lips onto mine. We pulled a way and I looked deeply into her eyes.

Leon: I can certainly give you that. I've missed you so much Violetta!

Violetta: So, getting famous and getting married hey? Question is, which one first, Mr Vargas?

Leon: Um, what? How did you...

Violetta: You do know that when you're in a coma, you can still hear and remember everything that was said to you, right?

Leon: So, you heard...

Violetta: Lia Violet and Liam Vincenzo Vargas. Yes, I sure did.

Leon: I'm sorry for giving up on us so quickly. I was just upset because I thought that you would replace me with Tomas.

She pulled me in for another hug. Later, Violetta was released from the hospital and German told me to bring her home. I carried her on my back and told her to shut her eyes.

Violetta: Can I open my eyes yet?

Leon: Almost!

Violetta: I hope it's not another surprise.

Leon: What if it is?

Violetta: The last time I completely embarrassed myself, by saying that I wanted to rip your shirt off.

We were at the house, but she didn't know yet.

Violetta: Imagine if I had said something worse like how I want to kiss you everywhere humanly possible and unbuckle your belt and pull...

I put her down and interrupted her before she said anything else.

Leon: Violetta! You've got to stop doing that!

Violetta: They are all here, aren't they.

Everyone: Yeah... Welcome Home...

Violetta: Why does this keep happening to me!

Leon: I did warn you this time love.

Violetta: A little too late, again!

Leon: Okay fine, I apologize.

Violetta: I'll forgive you later, maybe. Depending what you do to earn my forgiveness. So, you better start making up for it.

Leon: Yes my love.

Leon walked away to talk to some of the boys, whilst I stayed and spoke to Francesca, Federico, Ludmila and Camila.

Francesca: You tell him girl!

Federico: I bet Leon is not going to sleep until you forgive him. You have all the power now Vilu!

Violetta: I always had the power Fede, right from the moment we started dating. I'm just going to make him sweat a bit and then I'll forgive him, don't worry.

Camila: Damn, so mischievous... I like it!

Ludmila: Me too. It seems like being in a coma can change a person.
