Things seemed to get better after the Hallows Eve party, the Jones' seemed to be more open to the Marauders. They still didn't talk about themselves so the four boys only knew the little they had learned from Hogsmeade but they were more willing to hang out with them now, which was a start. Two people seemed to be getting on extremely well compared to the rest, that would be Adonis and Sirius, they hung out almost the entire time at the party and now were now constantly hanging out. Sirius hadn't even been with a girl since before the party, his three best friends seemed to notice the change and were curious.

"So...." James started once the four were in their dorm one night. "What's going on with you and Adonis?" Sirius looked up from whatever he was doing, shocked and maybe a little nervous.

"W-what? There's nothing going on." He laughed trying to play it cool.

"Sirius-" Remus just looked at the boy almost sadly.

"Guys, I promise there's nothing going on."

"You know that we don't care right?" Peter said, James and Remus agreeing.

"Then why did you ask?" Sirius was annoyed but also confused.

"He means, we don't care if you like him, it doesn't change anything." James explained. Sirius just nodded in understanding, the boys decided to drop the subject seeing as he obviously wasn't ready to talk about it.

Adonis's experience was a little different, his siblings and best friends already knew that he didn't discriminate against gender when it came to love, he loved everyone hence why he was Hufflepuff.

"Guys I think I like Sirius." They were alone in this room they had found just hanging out which was a normal thing for them. In response to his declaration he received nods and "cool"s or "okay"s from his siblings. "This doesn't bother you?"

"No, you like Sirius, good for you." Hedy deadpanned.

"She just means that it doesn't affect us other than having to hang out with them more, but they're fun so we don't care!" Ajax said happily looking at his older brother.

And that's exactly what happened, and suddenly it seemed as if the two groups became one. Well minus Hedy, sometimes Acacia and Ajax would join in but not too often, Hedy would never. The boys always wondered why she would never join, did she dislike them that much that she wouldn't even hang out with her siblings while they were there? Her twin brother had a thing with one of them and she still didn't seem to care. Finally the boys got tired of wondering.

"Why doesn't your sister hang out with us?" Sirius asked Adonis one morning after Hedy and Ajax had left. The other four siblings looked at eachother waiting to see if one of them would answer, finally Acacia rolled her eyes and spoke up.

"She is a lone sole, not much of a people person, which I already told you." She was clearly annoyed with the question but the boys were still curious so they ignored her tone.

"But she doesn't even give us a chance, why? Have we done something?" Remus asked, clearly concerned. Acacia laughed at this.

"No."

"Okay... Well what's the plan today, since it's Saturday?" Sirius asked the table, but made it a point to turn to Adonis and tried to put his arm around his shoulder. In response, Adonis just moved away, this wasn't the first time Sirius noticed this. Anytime someone tried to touch Adonis he would try to avoid it, the only person that he seemed to be okay touching was Hedy. Sirius wanted to know why, had something happened to him? All he wanted to do was hold the guy he liked, but that didn't seem possible, maybe he just needed to wait a little longer for trust to build up. Sirius was snapped out of his thoughts when Adonis waved a hand in his face and James elbowed him in the ribs.
