Chapter 4

Nala's pov

Layla didn't make me up today. I got dressed and went into the living room area. There she was curled up on the couch asleep. I decided not to wake her up and went right to my computer and started my work. After awhile I video called Miki. We were talking while I was doing my work when I felt someone tap on my shoulder. I turned around as I took my ear piece out to see the guys.

"How long has she been like that?" Ryder asked quietly.

"I don't know she was there when I woke up this morning."

Made walked over to the couch and picked her up. Blue made his way towards Laylas room with Lace following behind carrying Layla. After they put her in her bed they shut the door and walked back towards me.

"Are you hungry little one?" Damon asked as he went in the kitchen.

"Sure." I said shrugging turning back around to do my work.

Laylas pov

I woke up by smelling food. I opened my door and walked down to the hall to see Nala at her laptop then I see the rest of the crew chilling. Damon, Blue, and Andre cooking and cleaning.

"Morning little mama." Andre said as he got a cup out of the cabinet.

"Morning." I replied as he poured some juice in it and handed it to me.

"Girl these are good." Trinity said as the girls were hoovered around my laptop.

"I finished them this morning around three." I said walking over to Nala. She turned to me. "Have you ate yet?" She nodded her head before turning back around.

"We fed her mom. Now you come eat." Blue said to me.

I walked back to the island and took a seat. He handed me a plate of eggs, bacon, and pancakes. I looked up at him. He gave me a weird look.

"Look I tried. It would kill you to eat more fattening foods." He said before removing the bacon.

I reach over and grabbed a handful of grapes and put them on my plate. "Can't have too many greasy fattening foods and still look like this."

"You look fine." Kace said.

"Thank you but I also want to stay this way too."

"So what's the plans for today boss?" Phoenix asked.

"Well once I get ready I was thinking a workout here for everyone then practice for our gig on Saturday. Then after lunch it's whatever. I have to pick up some parts for the car and get it back running."

"Why don't you just put it in the shop?" Ryder asked.

"Yeah girl. It's better then having to get all dirty and do all that work."

"I don't mind getting dirty." That made Kace choke on his drink making the other guys laugh. "Not what I meant but I like to do things for myself and it gets me outside for longer periods of time."

"I'd help you, you know I wouldn't mind getting down and dirty with you." Kace said wiggling one eyebrow making the others giggle.

"Oh my got. I'm going to go get ready."

"I can help with that too."

"You know what I want you to do for me?"

"Tell me." He said stepping close to me so close our body's were almost touching.

"I want you to.." I let it linger.

"Oh yes tell me baby. Take control. I love it."

"I want you to do fifty push ups." I said pushing him away making the others laugh at him.
