Chapter 10

Mikis pov

As I sit here and watch her from the small cameras I had my 'guards' place in her room I couldn't help but think about how close I was to her in the elevator. Even though Brett and Chris were between us I could still smell her lovely scent drew me towards her. I was disappointed that she didn't turn around. I wanted to see her eyes. After she got out of the shower I watched her lay down on her stomach and dial out on her phone. I did not have the guys put cameras in her bathroom to respect her privacy. I didn't want to see her like that. At least not yet.

I watched as she smiled down at her phone talking while kicking her feet in the air. I knew she must of been talking to that Kace boy. I have had enough of him. I picked up my phone to make the call that would change things between them.

Laylas pov

As I laid on my bed talking to Kace we got a video group chat request. We joined in to see what was going on.

"Hey guys are y'all hungry?" Blue asked.

"I'm starved." I said.

"I could eat." Kace replied.

"Meet in the lobby in five?"  Raven stated.

"I'll be down." I said getting up off my bed.

A few minutes later I met the rest of the crew in the lobby.

"So what's the plan?" I asked.

"I was thinking wings." Andre said.

"Wings sound great." I said while everyone agreed.

We all piled up in the vehicles and went to a bar. Nala and Brooks got X's on their hands as we entered the bar. It's to let others know they are too young to drink. We gathered into two booths to order our food. After we got done eating we decided to play a few games of pool. We were having fun like usual when a song we all know too well came on. The girls and I looked at each other and smiled. We ran to the dance floor. We danced the same moves for a moment when the guys decided to join. People cleared to the sides of the dance floor and we did our thing.

"You guys must be here for the dance competition." A girl stated when we got done.

"Yes we are." Kace said.

"You can tell it. You have some moves." She said looking into Kaces face smiling.

"Thanks." He said back.

"Hi my name is Sarah." She said extending her hand out.

"Kace." He replied while shaking her hand.

"I work for The NYC college paper. Do you mind if I ask you a few questions?"

"Yeah sure." He said then stopped to look at me. "Is that ok babe?"

"That's fine."

I watched as they walked away from the music to talk.

"Um who is that?" Storm asked.

"Her names Sarah."

"You want me to go fight her?" Raven asked.

"I'm in." Phoenix said.

"Me too." Trinity stated.

" No guys it's fine. She's from the college paper and wanted to ask some questions about the competition. "

"Are you sure we could go over there and..." Storm said before I cut her off.

" I'm sure guys it's ok."
