Mikis pov

Over the last few weeks I have been watching Layla more closely. I have become obsessed as you would say. I hate that her and that little prick have gotten closer. My bad side is taking over. As I turn on my computer I see everyone in their living room. I turn my volume up to hear better.

"Layla come look at this!" Raven shouted.

"What is it?" I said walking over to the crew. They were all looking at a website on my laptop.

"Look! Their having a contest for dancing groups nation wide! There's one in our area in two weeks! If we win we go to nationals with an opportunity to win a contract for a year as back up dancers! If we win nationals we get a life long contract with the biggest choreography company world wide!" Storm said excitedly.

"Y'all think we can do it?"

Kace wrapped one arm around my shoulder. "With you leading us of course baby."

I looked down as I smirked. He makes me blush when he calls me that.

"Yeah we can. You will lead us right to nationals." Trinity said.

"Ok ok. We'll do it. I just have to start on moves for it and costumes for all of us."

"Yes! We're doing this!" Phoenix shouted.

The days started rushing by as we practiced a lot. I'm sitting here working on the final designs for our outfits. I felt arms wrap around my shoulders.

"Come on baby we been practicing for a week straight. Let's go out."

"I don't know Kace. I still have to finish these designs and have them sent in in two days."

" It will get done I promise. Let's just go out. The two of us. Dinner and a movie. Please?"

"Ugh fine let me go get changed real quick."

"Take you're time. I'll be right here."

After I got dressed and fixed my hair I went out.

"Wow you look wow." Kace said staring at me.

"Thanks. " I said blushing. I walked over to Nala. I seen she was on live chat with her favorite singer. I tapped her shoulder making her turn to me. "Kace and I are going out. Do you want us to bring you back anything?"

"I don't care." I turned around. "Wait." I looked back at her. "Miki wants to say hi to y'all." She said unplugging her headphones.

"Hi." I greeted him.

"Hello. My names Michele Morton's but I prefer Miki."

"My names Layla and this is Kace."

"Nice to meet you Layla and Kace." His voice changed slightly when he said Kaces name. "You have a pretty nice young lady here."He said talking about Nala.

"Yeah she's great."I said.

" That she is. I believe she's my biggest fans. I don't usually talk to my fans like I do with Nala. "

"I better be." Nala joked.

"Well you do have a good voice "

"So you have heard me sing."

"Of course. Nala here plays your music all the time."

"What's your favorite one?"

"Well I have three of them I like. Feel it, Hard for me, and Watch me burn. They really make you think."
