daring escape

Jason drives past the speed limit beelining it to his house everywhere around him people are screaming and running from the undead people viciously ripping their friends or family apart Sasha sits beside him in the passenger seat staring out the window watching people die until she notices her dad fleeing from a nearby zombie chasing him she slaps Jason's arm asking him to stop he quickly looks in her direction noticing her father running he turns driving towards her dad they both tell Natasha and Christian to stay in the car then both run out towards her father they both reach him just as the zombie bites into her father's neck she pulls the zombie off him stomping on its head multiple times to ensure it's dead she then kneels down placing her fathers head into her lap rubbing his cheek with her hand he coughs looking at her and touching her cheek with his hand then he goes limp she chokes a sob cradling his lifeless body in her arms before a few seconds before grabbing a sharp stick from the side of the pavement and stabs him through the eye preventing him from turning into a zombie Jason puts his hand on her shoulder trying to comfort her, but she slaps his hand away then walks back to the car silently he follows slowly after her, they then begin their drive again back to his house it takes about 20 minutes for them to arrive when they do they walk into his house he quietly checks the downstairs for any zombies but finds nothing not even his Mom he tells Natasha and Christian to lock the front and back doors and help him barricade the doors afterwards Natasha and Christian go upstairs to her room to talk while Jason and Sasha sit downstairs in silence until Sasha begins to talk she looks at him sorrowfully and apologizes for how she acted he tells her that it's OK he knows what she's going through is hard, and he just wants to be there for her, she grabs him by his jacket forcefully pulling him towards her their lips crash together into a rough kiss after a few minutes they pull apart he then tells her that they should probably get changed she agrees they both walk up the stairs together then go their separate ways Jason goes into the bathroom testing out the shower which works perfectly he tells Natasha to have a shower first she says OK and walks into the bathroom locking it behind her Jason then walks into her room where Christian is sat on his bed clearly upset Jason asks him what's the matter and Christian asks him if he thinks his Mom is OK Jason tells him that his Mom is a tough woman and that no doubt she has found somewhere safe Christian nods telling him that he can't wait to see her again Jason hugs him then walks out of the room just as Natasha comes out of the bathroom and Sasha goes into it, he walks down the stairs and stands in the kitchen for a few minutes thinking about what they should do next he then opens the fridge grabbing 2 chocolate bars he then walks up the stairs giving them to Natasha and Christian he then sits with them for 5 minutes until Sasha opens the bathroom door Sporting a black belly top with a black leather jacket black jeans and spiked boots he whistles causing her to blush she walks up to him slapping him on the shoulder he then turns to Christian telling him that it's his turn for a shower they all watch him go into the bathroom then turn to face each other talking until a bang comes from Jason's room they all turn to face is bedroom door Jason grabs a bat from Natasha's stockpile and slowly walks towards the door with Sasha creeping behind him once the both reach the door he slowly puts his hand on the door handle and begins to turn it then he pushes it open preparing to swing the bat but when he sees who it is he drops the bat the person staring back at him is none other than Uncle Todd they both hug each other and Jason asks him if he has been bitten which Todd says he hasn't he then tells Jason he came back here after hearing what was happening on the news but when he arrived Marie was gone, but she did leave this he then passes the note

to Jason and Natasha

Darren came over and said something wasn't right he said we had to go I said we need to go to the school to pick you guys up, but he said it was doubtful you were alive I said I know you are, but he wouldn't let me go to find you I don't know where we are heading, but I love you both dearly, and please tell Todd ill see him soon

P.S I know you will read this because you're both strong independent, I couldn't have asked for better kids.

Jason's place's the note into his pocket, then walks out of the room and back to Natasha who is now sat with Christian, Jason tells them he is going to have a wash he then walks back to his room opening a drawer pulling out his very own leather jacket, Blue jeans, socks and boots he then walks into the bathroom and starts the shower while he was in the shower Sasha and Todd sat in the living room talking she asked him a bunch of questions about him and asked why she never met him before around 5 minutes later Jason exits the shower putting on his clothes and tightening his belt afterwards he walks down to the living room joining Todd and Sasha they talk for a few hours before Sasha yawns and tells them she is going to go get some rest Jason tells her that she can share his bed with him, she blows him a kiss then walks up the stairs he then turns to Todd and tells him that they should probably get some sleep too then tells Todd he will be sleeping in Moms room they both go up the stairs going their separate ways Jason walks into Natasha's room where both her and Christian are fast asleep he smiles before tucking both of them in kissing Natasha's forehead he then leaves going into his bedroom where he plops onto his bed next to Sasha and slowly drifts of to sleep.

A couple of hours before Mrs. Jones was walking the other kids to her office when a group of zombies attacks she pushes them into the office closing it behind her, she then pushes a cabinet blocking the door to buy them time she turns to Lara and tells her to find something to smash the window with then turns to the twins and tells them to bring more things to block the door with it takes about 10 minutes, but Lara finally gets Mrs. Jones attention and tells her they could have just used the chair Mrs. Jones grabs the chair throwing it at the window smashing it into pieces she then helps each kid out the window after Lara makes it out of the window a crashing sound can be heard from behind her, she turns around seeing that the zombies have finally made it through the door she quickly lunges out the window rushing towards her car but out of the corner of her eye she notices a young girl crying in a dead end in the car park she quickly splits from the group running towards the girl she grabs her hand yanking her to her feet they both run towards the car where Mrs Jones unlocks it everyone jumps in, and she starts the car driving off Lara turns to look at the girl then asks her what her name is the girl says that she is called Ella Montgomery they all sit in silence for the drive ahead.
