Summer Days: New Love (Yuu)

THREE DAYS LATER: WITH CHIAKI AND YUU

Chiaki grimaced as he and Hatori read the article about Misaki and Akihiko's coming out as well as Isaka's coming out.

"Poor Misaki." Chiaki said and Hatori nodded in agreement.

"He can't even look Isaka-san in the eye anymore." Hatori said.

"I called him yesterday and as soon as I mentioned it, he started spiraling with his words. Man he's so embarrassed, you think he'll be ok?" Hatori nodded.

"I think so, plus it was Isaka's fault for provoking him. It'll be over soon enough." Chiaki shrugged and checked the time on his phone, his eyes widened.

"It's almost seven! YUU! He'll be here any minute, have you finished getting dressed?!" Chiaki yelled, a door opened and closed.

"Ok, how do I look?" Chiaki and Hatori looked behind them, seeing a very nervous Yuu fidgeting with his shirt. "Do I look too plain? Too boring? You know what, maybe I should just... Oh god, I'm not ready." Yuu said and Chiaki scoffed.

"Nonsense, you look great. Stop being so nervous." The doorbell rung and Chiaki ran over to his monitor, turning on the video camera. "Mino-san, good to see you." Yuu's eyes widened, he's here already?! "He's ready, we'll be down in a second." He turned off the monitor. "Tori, come on." Hatori stood and walk over to them, Yuu raised an eyebrow.

"Where are you two going?" He asked as Hatori grabbed his and Chiaki's coats.

"Well since you're going on a date, me and Tori are going to see a movie." Hatori nodded.

"We're going to this American-made film." Hatori said as they walked out of the apartment.

A FEW MINUTES LATER

Chiaki, Yuu and Hatori walked outside and Chiaki smiled brightly as he saw a very well dressed Mino waiting for his best friend.

"Mino-san, you look great. Yuu, get over here!" Chiaki said before grabbing Yuu's wrist, basically just pulling him in front. Yuu smiled sheepishly at Mino before glaring slightly at Chiaki, who smiled not so innocently. Yuu put his attention back on Mino and he blushed as Mino stared at him with a smile.

"You look great Yuu." Mino said and Yuu blushed harder.

"Thanks, you look handsome." Yuu said shyly and Chiaki awed.

"Well, so you can be cute when you want to?" Chiaki remarked.

"Chiaki!" Yuu yelled and Hatori chuckled softly while Mino smiled.

A COUPLE OF MINUTES LATER

After basically embarrassing him just a little bit more, Chiaki and Hatori start to part themselves.

"See you later Yuu, have fun! Mino-san, take care of him!" Chiaki said as he vigorously waved goodbye and Yuu simply waved back along with Mino.

"Don't worry, I will." Mino said with a smile while Yuu just died a little inside from embarrassment. Once Chiaki and Hatori are out of ear shot, Yuu sighed in relief, making Mino chuckle a little. "Ready to go?" He asked and Yuu nodded.

AT THE RESTAURANT

Yuu and Mino arrived at the restaurant and Yuu smiled internally, this is his favorite restaurant. Their waitress sat them at their booth and Yuu smiled as Mino smiled at him while scooted next to him.

"I take the restaurant is to your liking?" Mino asked and Yuu laughed a little as he nodded.

"It is, it's actually my favorite restaurant." Mino smiled.
