ABOUT SEVEN MINUTES LATER

"I think that..." Kimiko started and she stopped as she saw An crying in the distance. "I have to call you back." She hung up her call. "An-chan!" She quickly ran over to the crying girl. "An, what's wrong?"

"He..he..." An stuttered through her tears. "He's in love with someone else, Onodera-san. He said he's never going to marry me!" She finally choked out. "Onodera-san, I love him so much!" Kimiko frowned and took the girl into her arms, letting her cry into her shoulder. "What am I going to do?"

"Don't worry, I'll take care of it. There's no girl more deserving of being my Ritsu's wife than you." She said and An nodded, still sobbing softly.

WITH TAKANO

The raven haired editor sighed as he sat on the grassy hill, looking at the night sky that was absorbing the smoke from his cigarette.

"It's a beautiful sight, huh?" Takano turned around and saw Ritsu smiling at him as he walked up to him, siting down right beside him.

Takano nodded. "It is." He agreed, taking one last  puff of his cigarette before putting it out. They sat in silence for a few minutes before Ritsu spoke.

"Despite all of the flirting, I hope you're enjoying yourself." Takano nodded.

"I am, but your father seems to dislike me." He admitted. "He almost broke my hand earlier." He lifted said hand, which still had the red marks Natsu left. "You think he knows about us?" The chestnut brunette's eyes widened for a second, as that could be a possibility.

Then he realized there's no way, so he shook his head. "No. If he knew, then my mother would know. He tells her everything." Ritsu reasoned before grinning at bit. "Or he could know and he hasn't figured out how to tell her without her losing her mind, which is nearly impossible." He joked and Takano laughed.

"Well, either way, It's clear he doesn't like me." Ritsu hummed, that was a problem. Ritsu and his father, despite him always being away because he was working, had a close relationship and he doesn't want there to be a problem between them when he does decide to tell him about his relationship with Takano. "Ritsu?" Takano called out and Ritsu turned to him. "What did An want to talk to you about?" He asked and Ritsu cracked a grin, of course he would ask that.

'It's probably killing him not knowing.' Ritsu thought to himself because he knew Takano was still worried about An since she was his childhood friend turnt fiancé, even if it was arranged.

"She confessed to me again and I rejected her." Ritsu said, making Takano nodded. "She asked if it was because I still thinking about the person I with in highschool again, if we were back together again?" Takano gulped slightly, uncertain whether he wanted to hear how Ritsu had answered that question.

Ultimately, he wanted to know. "So what did you say?"

"I told her no." Takano's eyes widened and he whipped his head toward Ritsu who was smiling at him.

"What?" Ritsu nodded confidently.

"I told her no, because I'm not still in love with that person from highschool." Ritsu gently took Takano's hands, staring lovingly into his amber eyes. "That person in highschool I did love, but the person that I am in love with now is different from that person and I don't want the past to ruin that." Ritsu kissed Takano's cheek. "You might have been Saga-senpai, but now you are Takano Masamune. Saga-senpai might have broke my heart, but Takano Masamune is the one who fixed it. Saga-Senpai might have been my first boyfriend, but you are my first love. Masamune, please understand me."

Takano scoffed yet grinned ear to ear and pulled Ritsu into his embrace. "When did you get so romantic?" He remarked and Ritsu shrugged playfully.

"I learned from the best." Takano smiled and pecked Ritsu lips.
