While Hatori was talking Chiaki, Akihiko went back with Misaki and Kisa to their department. Unfortunately, they all, except for Akihiko, froze in terror as they saw their tyrant boss glaring at them. As if he was looking into their souls and Ritsu was frowning in guilt.
"Guess what a little bird called Onodera told me, you all were slacking off so you could watch the meeting." Takano said menacingly and Misaki hid behind Kisa and Mino as Ritsu whispered apologies in their way, Kisa laughed nervously along with Mino before pushing Misaki in front of them.
"It was his idea." They said together and Ritsu groaned in annoyance at his two workers, since they used to do that with him, while Misaki instantly screamed in terror before hiding behind Akihiko.
"It was not! Absolutely not!!" Misaki pleaded and Akihiko rolled his eyes, he didn't really get the point of this at all. Takano facepalmed
"Just get back to work before I throw every last doll at you!!!" He screamed, two editors and editor in training went back to their desks immediately while Akihiko realized that the entire office was well....pink.
"Speaking of dolls, why is this so pink?" He questioned and Misaki raised eyebrow at him, was he serious?
"I thought of all people you would get it, Usagi-san. Takano-san made it this way so we could bring out our sensitivity sense we edit girl comics." Misaki said with a smile while everyone was shocked at the newbie's answer, even Takano was impressed.
"Couldn't said it any better myself. Say Usami-sensei, I'm curious. Is Takahashi good at organizing and filing?" Takano asked and Akihiko scoffed.
"More like OCD, even my bears are sorted by date, size and factory." Akihiko said and Misaki glared at his desk while Ritsu smiled as he remembered those bears, especially Suzuki-san.
"I wouldn't have to sort them if you didn't buy so many." Misaki grumbled and Takano nodded.
"I see, Takahashi?" Misaki looked up in fear, since he was right next to Takano basically.
"Yes sir?"
"I want you to be the department's secretary, I need someone to keep track of all the manuscripts from our authors. This is only temporary since you're still new at editing and Onodera will still train you, do you accept my offer?" Misaki nodded vigorously.
"Yes sir." Then Hatori walked in.
"Good and now since Hatori's back, I can address the elephant in the room." Takano stood out of his chair and looked at his subordinates. "You are all going to this party next Saturday, we are one of the major departments in this building so we're going." Misaki whined and Ritsu groaned in despair as he dropped his head into his arms, even though they already talked about this while Kisa was actually excited.
"Oh come on guys, it won't be that bad." Kisa said and Ritsu glared at him.
"Kisa, shut up!!" Ritsu yelled before putting his head back down and Kisa frowned.
"Ricchan, don't be a party pooper." Kisa whined.
"I agree with Onodera-san, we're men. Men don't wear dresses even if we are gay." Misaki said and Akihiko raised an eyebrow.
"You didn't have a problem with that last night when we all went to Usaginoana last night." Akihiko pointed out and Misaki glared at him.
"That's because it was a requirement at a restaurant that is private and IT WASN'T ON NATIONAL TV!!" Misaki yelled and Akihiko shrugged.
"Same difference, Misa-kun! It's fairly easy to wear a dress." Kisa commented angrily and Ritsu scoffed.
"Oh really, how would you know?" Ritsu questioned.
