Chapter 17

Y/N'S POINT OF VIEW

We all walked out the building with Five scoffing everyone few seconds,

"Well, this is not good." Five is always the one who has to be grumpy once something doesn't work straight away. 

"I was pretty good, though, right? Yeah. What about my consent, bitch?" I watched as Five wiped his head towards Klaus, I was surprised he didn't get whip lash. 

"Klaus it doesn't matter." 

"What? What's the big deal with this eye anyway?" 

"There is someone out there who's going to lose an eye in the next seven days. They're gonna bring about the end of life on Earth as we know it. I chimed in, Five smirked at me as if he thought I was really going to forget about it. Like bitch no I'm about to fucking die and you think I would forget....dumbass. 

"Yeah, can I get that 20 bucks, like, now, or what?" Five's face went red out of anger and I knew this wasn't going to be good. 

"Your 20 bucks?"

"Yeah, my 20 bucks." Klaus acted like Five was stupid for asking him that but if I think about it, I think the dumb high guy is the one whos confusing. 

"The apocalypse is coming, and all you can think about is getting high!?" 

"Well, I'm also quite hungry. Tummy's a-rumbling." He moved his hand around his stomach as saying he was hungry causing me to snicker, Five glared at me and that soon shut me up.

"Your useless. You're all useless!" 

"Oi!" I was highly offended by that, 

"Not you y/n, Jesus." Nevermind I was happy now. Five went and sat on the stairs of the building and I went and sat next to him leaning my head on his shoulder, I was quite surprised he didn't push me off.

"Oh, come one. You need to lighten up old man. Hey, you know, I've just realized why you're so uptight. You must be horney as hell." This made me remove my head out of pure disgust from Klaus. "All those years alone by yourself. It's got to screw with your head." I watched Five look away from Klaus and down to the ground. 

"Well...." ,Oh here it comes. "I wasn't alone." There it was and there was my jealousy rising. 

"Oh? Prey tell" 

"Her name was Delores. We were together for over 30 years." My heart broke, I knew Five hated me but I never thought he would actually find someone, not that I thought he would like me but still. I looked down saddened and I saw in the corner of my eye Five looking at me confused. 

FIVE'S POINT OF VIEW 

"Her name was Delores. We were together for over 30 years." Once I said that I saw y/n look at the ground and for some reason she looked sad. I was confused since it couldn't of been what I said, I wanted to ask her what was wrong but then Klaus had to join in again. 

"Thirty years? Oh, wow! God, the longest I've been with someone was.....I don't know, three weeks." I was sick of Klaus talking so I grabbed y/n's hand and teleported to a cab across the street, I could see Klaus was still talking and I was so glad I left. "FIVE!? Y/N? hey, hey, hey, what about my money?" 

"Klaus look in your pocket." Y/n smiled as she said that and I watched Klaus pull a 20 out of his pocket, he put a thumbs up as if to say thank you. 

"Really? You want to fund his drug habit?" 

"He said he would use it for food and I trust him to do that." She looked back out the window still sad by something. Then she turned back to me, "So...Delores, hey?" I didn't want to have this conversation about a girl to the girl I think I may love.

"Yeah? What? Are you jealous?" Her face turned red and she looked sad once more and turned away avoiding the question. I grabbed her hand once more, "I want to show you something." I told the taxi driver where to go and he headed off in the direction. 

Y/N'S POINT OF VIEW

The taxi driver had stopped infront of a closed store, I have no idea if this is the place Five had told him to go but Five told me he wanted to show me something so I better not question. He teleported us inside of the store and grabbed out a flashlight, we walked down the isles until Five stopped infront of a bunch of manikins. 

"Delores." He started speaking to one of them and I thought he was maybe talking to someone behind them but no one was there. "It's good to see you. I've missed you....obviously." I then started cracking up once I realized he really was talking to the doll, he glared at me and I tried my best to stop laughing but it was hard. "Well, I...It's been a rough couple of days." And that's when I heard footsteps, two pairs and they were heaving. I tried to grab Fives shirt to warn him but he wouldn't budge. I saw two figures appear with guns in their hands.

"FIVE! GET DOWN!" He finally looked up from the doll and saw the people, 

"NO!" He tried to grab the doll but I pulled him down before he got shot, the people started shooting at where we once were hitting the doll in the process. "Stay here and don't get hurt." Five smiled before running and grabbing the doll, they shot at him but he teleported just in time. 

"You said he was special. So now what?" I heard them coming closer not even realizing I was right next to them. 

"Shoot anything that moves." And just at that moment I ran trying to get away but one of them shot at me, I turned invisible and ran behind the women. I kicked her in the knee knocking her down and I kicked the man in the balls bringing him down with her. I used my super speed to get to Five. He grabbed a bag from behind him putting the doll in there. 

"Stay here." He ran off to grab a blade from the shelf and jumped next to the woman who just got up and sliced her arm. He came back and grabbed the bag while grabbing my hand. He tried to jump but he was too tired. "Shit."

"Five we have to make a run for it over the shelves." I ran to the shelf first and that's when they shot at me once again hitting my ankle in the process, I dropped to the ground safe from being shot again but in a lot of pain. Five jumped over next to me looking at my ankle, he slowly picked me up putting my arm over his shoulder. "At least we didn't die." I did a small laugh but Five was frozen, I looked to where he was looking and turned around to see the two people holding their guns at us. We both thought we were gone for, this was over, we weren't gonna make it but then all of a sudden police sirens were in the distance. The people with gun got distracted looking at the police showing up, Five took this opportunity and grabbed me bridal style and hid us behind the counter. "So I guess we're getting married now?" Five smiled and I was happy, he smiled for once, like a genuine nice smile. My heart fluttered but then he looked back at my ankle. 

"We have to get you home to mum, we'll steal a car on the way." I nodded and when he made sure the coast was clear we exited the building, he was still holding me like I was his newly wife.
