Chapter 10: Death all around.

I It had been about a week since we left Qarth on our journey to Vas Dothrak. We ran into a few little issues along the way, conquering small villages on the road. It hadn't been long into the travel when I had a gut feeling that something bad was going to happen sooner or later, I kept it to myself although I shouldn't have because a few days later we were attacked by a group of rebels, we fought off most of them but one managed to get to my husband slicing his chest.

This caused me to try and get to him in any way I could, but I was too late. I saw him fall to his knees with blood coming out of his mouth, I hadn't noticed that we had killed them all until Lanqo grabbed my arm and knocked me out of the trance I was in. Running to him dropping down beside him, I could just tell he had been poisoned, he wasn't going to make it much later.

"Promise me that you will look after everyone, I know you can My Love," He said looking at me holding onto my hand tight "I promise that I will try my hardest to make you proud," I said and placed a chased kiss on his lips as I saw the life slip from his eyes, trying my hardest to not let my tears fall. Standing up to look towards everyone I nodded to his bloodrider's telling them to take his body, then turning back to everyone else I saw that they all kneeled in front of me and I just knew that I was one step closer to making him proud.

It had been about 2 moons since then and I was starting to feel lonely without him next to me or hugging him in our bed. But I knew that I had to be strong if not for the sake of our khalasar but myself, I don't know where I was going to go but I didn't want to head to Vas Dothrak so I went towards Yunkai still not having a plan, but I would come up with one when we got there.

From a distance, you could see the walls of Yunkai coming into view, and knowing that we were this close to arriving made me pick up speed a little move. We had made camp I little far from Yunkai's walls thinking that this wouldn't threaten them, but I was wrong as one of the wise masters come to my camp the next day.

"Why are you here? To try and take over, to defect us?" he asked with what I could pick up as anger in his tone. "no, I am not here to attack your city, as I have not planned anything as of yet" talking as if I didn't care which I don't. I sat on a log like a seat with one of my dragons on either side of me, my maids had seated him in front of me so that we could have this conversation. "we have brought you gifts to keep the peace and all we ask is that after your visit you leave our beautiful city before the end of the week" his slaves bring forward two chests full of gold as well as other jewels.

"you also have 3 ships waiting for you on the dock with more gold aboard those" A smirk appears on my face thinking of all the things I could do with that gold and ships.

"fine but before I leave I would love to see your beautiful city do you accept?" he smiled at me "I agree to your terms your grace" he stood turning to leave the tent "why did you call me that, it's not my title?" I asked holding onto my dress tight feeling the soft material under my fingers, standing up trying to understand his meaning behind the words. Waiting for an answer but he just continued to walk away from me, I nodded towards my guards standing by the entrance for them to stop him

"I won't ask you again sir, answer me or i will have you gilded" he turned around to me with shock on his face not expecting me to have said that "I won't ask you again my lord" he was still silent, so I took the steps down towards him walking up to him with my dragons staying where they were "Are you going to answer me or do I have to do something drastic" he looked right into my eyes "you shall find out one day your grace." Before I could do anything he had walked out the tent, I turned back towards my seat with my babies coming to lay their head on my lap.

It had been a few days since I had made the deal with the wise master, I had spent time within the walls of Yunkai. I had brought myself a new set of armour along with a few dresses with built in armour. The end of the day is when I decided it was time for us to leave and continue our journey to Westeros
