"Good morning everybody, it's Ebro and I am sitting here with the lovely Valencia Carter. How are you?"

"I'm good, how are you?" I ask Ebro smiling.

"I've been good. So you just released your album, Good Days, and it debuted at #1 so I want to congratulate you on that."

"Thank you so much."

"Tell me a little bit about the process of that. Were your parents involved with this or did you leave them out of this project?"

"Well I wouldn't say I left them out, but they wanted me to do my own thing. There were some songs that they listened to and critiqued, but they definitely gave me my creative freedom. However Milan did help me write a few songs on the album." I tell Ebro.

He pulled a shocked face and I nod my head. "Yeah we wrote Hit Different, Shot Clock, and Tesselate, together." I inform Ebro. "Which are all probably the most streamed songs on my album right now."

"So a little birdy told me that Drake was supposed to be on the album, but you took him off after those pictures of him and Rihanna circulated. Is that true?"

I chuckle softly and rotate my head to see everybody laughing at my body language. "I'm all for talking about Drake because I'm over the whole situation anyway, but I still want to keep a little bit of my business to myself. However, him being on my album and being taking off was something he wanted." I admit.

"So he wanted to be off your album?" Ebro asked. I nod my head. "Why?"

"I don't know. Maybe you should ask him." I say shrugging. "I still don't know and then he didn't even tell me, he had his label tell my label and then I found out that the song was no longer on my album."
