I flew to New York today, to record a song at Roc Nation, my dad's label. Although, I am not signed to his label, I am signed to Columbia Records. My manager is Timbaland, we've been working with each other since I was in diapers. He knows me and my music, more than I know me and my music. We make a really great team. He let's me do my own thing, but he also adds what is needed to be added so that's it professional and presentable to the world. Plus, my parents trust him with my life, so he's really cool with the family. 

Anyways, I am recording a song for my second studio album. I put out my first one when I was like 13, it was a hit, but I'm definitely ready to do something different. I took a hiatus from the music industry to focus on my acting and my modeling career. Once I stopped doing music, I got booked for ABC Family's show Pretty Little Liars a few other shows. So I was still working, I just wasn't doing music.
