15 - Wolfstar

(A few weeks after Sirius comes back. Tonks isn't pregnant yet. Tonks just found out Sirius and Remus dated until he went to Azkaban)

Remus walks into the living room at 12 Grimmauld place. Sitting in the room are the golden trio, the rest of the Weasleys, and the rest of the Order of the Phoenix.

"Hello," Remus says but no one answers. "What?"

"Do you love him," Tonks asks quietly after what feels like an eternity of silence.

"W-what?"

"Sirius, do you love him."

The werewolf looks between ex and his girlfriend four times before fixing on Nymphadora. "Thats not a fair question."

"Yes it is, now answer the question."

'I-"

"Answer the goddamn question," the woman yells.

"Calm down," Harry says, trying to stand up for him.

"Shut up."

"Don't talk to either of them that way." Sirius exclaims.

"Shut it Black." She shifts her gaze back to Remus. "Answer. The. Question."

He looks at the black haired man before giving a light nod. 

"Do you love me?" When he doesn't answer right away she starts yelling awaken. "Do you love me?!"

"I don't know. I thought I did."

"Y-you thought! What the hell does that mean!"

"Stop fucking yelling at him," Sirius screams.

She then turns to him instead, "Do you love him too?"

"We both know the answer to that question."

She goes back to her initial target. "Do you even want to be with me?"

No response.

"Did you ever want to be with me?"

"I thought I was supposed to be."

"What does that even mean."

"It means I thought I had to move on. It means I thought I could love you back."

"We're done."

"Okay. I just want you to know that I never wanted to hurt you."

"I know. I have one more question though."

"Anything."

"If he never came back, do you think you could've loved me. Do you could've been happy with me?"

He thinks for a moment, "Maybe."

"Okay," she walks to the bathroom and locks the door. Remus then walks through the front door."

"Wait, where are you going," Harry calls, chasing after the man.

"I don't know, all I know is that I just ruined everything."

"You mean with Padfoot?"

"Y-yeah."

"No you didn't," a voice answered from behind them. "You didn't ruin anything."

"Bu-"

"Oh come on, just say I love you and kiss already."

Sirius chuckles at his godson, "I love you Remus."

"I love you too."

"Now kiss," the chosen one yells in the background.

And then they do.
