Draco and I have been dating for two months now and it's been amazing. Every week he surprises me with something and I feel so guilty about it too. Today he surprised me with a new journal for my potions, information, and spells.
"Thank you Dray..." I mumbled against his lips after I kissed him. He smiled and nodded as he kissed back. "I'll see you after break, okay?"
"I'll miss you so much." Draco whispered against my lips.
"I'll miss you so much too." I told him. We went far. Far enough to where I was laying naked in his arms an hour before the train left. He kissed me a few more times before getting up and getting dressed. I'm lucky that he and I had moved into my quarters already. He got up and got dressed before leaning over me.
   "Don't forget about me, okay?"
"I could never." I gave him a smile before kissing him again. "Go. You're gonna miss the train. I love you."
"I love you too." He pecked my lips again before grabbing his trunk and leaving, waving at me with a sad smile. I sent a letter to Mister and Misses Malfoy saying I'll be surprising Draco tomorrow around noon with Celeste not soon after Draco left, realizing I didn't want to spend a Christmas without him.

The day came and gone and I never left my bed. I missed Draco terribly. Harry, being my twin and all, noticed how depressed I seemed and came to check on me. He knocked, tried to say something, but all I said was 'go away' and then proceeded to send an apology letter afterward. But today's the day I get to go see Draco. And sense I'm a professor now, I have my own personal floo which means I can come and go as I please and Minerva can't tell me not to because I'm not a student, I'm a professor. I put Celeste in her crate, covering her with a blanket before grabbing my duffel and flooing us both to Malfoy Manor. Cel ended up out of her crate when we landed and when I heard Draco's familiar cry as well as a crash, I knew the surprise didn't go completely as planned.
"CELESTE DOWN!!!" Draco yelled as I came running in to help.
"How is it that every time I come over I'm interrupting a meeting?" I muttered to myself as I dragged Cel off of Draco and helped him up. "I'm sorry Dray, this surprise did not go according to plan. Are you okay?" I asked him while he just kind of stared at me for a second, still on the ground. Cel tried to jump on him again but I flashed my eyes and she backed down, sitting, her tail wagging, her tongue out at she panted.
"What are you doing here? You said you were going to stay at Hogwarts and how did you get here?" He rambled slightly while getting up.
"I came to spend a bit of break with you, and I sorta lied, I'm going back Christmas Day to spend time with my.. uh... family and I got here by floo. Misses Malfoy said it was great if I could come over in a letter yesterday and I just assumed you'd want me here..."
"Of course I want you here! Our first Christmas together as a couple and all."
"I interrupted another meeting. I can wait for you downstairs unless you just want me to come back..."
"You can wait downstairs. I'll have one of the elves bring your luggage to Draco's room." Mister Malfoy said.
"Thank you. Cel and I will be downstairs. Sorry for the interruption."
"Hang on a moment..." Tom Riddle stopped me from leaving. "You could be of use to us."
"I really don't think that's such a great idea. Surprisingly, I found out I'm not great at keeping secrets under pressure."
"Why don't you take, Celeste was it?" I nodded, "downstairs and come back?" Tom suggested. I looked at Cel.
"Celeste, go downstairs, lay in front of the fire, and stay." I flashed my eyes and she pranced off back downstairs and they all seem impressed at my handle on Cel. Even Draco seemed impressed.
"Why is she never that compliant with me?" Asked Draco making me turn my attention to him.
"You spoil her too much." I answered. "Do you know how many toys that dog has? It looks like we have four dogs because we have so many toys. And the treats, don't get me started on the freaking dog treats. I shouldn't have to set aside a whole shelf in my very small cupboard storage just for dog treats." I told Draco. "I wish I wasn't the hard ass with her. She never asks me to play with her, she goes straight to you.
"No more dog treats. Or toys." Draco told me.
"Thank god." I muttered. Draco and I sat down and I started listening in.
"Now to move on to Dumbledore." Tom said causing everyone to shift in their seats. I resisted the urge to roll me eyes. "We can't have him out in the streets again."
"The cells are no-magic zones. The only wizards are outside guarding the place, the dementors roam the halls and staircases and suck out anyone's soul who tries to escape."
"No one knows where in Azkaban Dumbledore is though." Tom told me.
"I do. The basement. The prisoners down there are only fed once a week and there's at least thirty dementors down there at once. The only prisoner down there is Dumbledore. There's no one to plot with and because of what the ministry gives the dementors, they aren't going to switch sides. They're pretty much tortured and starved down there."
"Well then, meeting dismissed." Tom said causing everyone to stand and Draco immediately kissed me. I pushed him back softly.
"Perhaps not in front of an audience?" I whispered, making Him blush slightly and nodded, giving me a sheepish smile, rubbing the back of his neck. I rolled my eyes with a fond smile before he took my hand and we headed downstairs. Celeste laid by the fire fast asleep when we got there. Dray chuckled lowly at our pup's antics, both of us going over and sitting on with side of her causing her to wake up slightly as we started petting her. Her tail went back and forth a bit as she wagged it causing me to giggle. "Celeste, you're so silly." I cooed.

Later on the day, Draco and I were cuddled up in the library, reading as we always do. Him and I love to do this. It's just a great way to just be in each other's presence. I was doing some potion research for my classes and he was reading about wizard's adventures and how they fought in battles and such.
"There you two are." Mister Malfoy entered the library. "Dinner is almost ready. Well, it should be ready actually. I haven't been able to find you for the past fifteen minutes."
"We love to read in the library together, it's a great way to connect emotionally." Draco said, looking over at me.
"And I also enjoy reading. But we should all get downstairs for dinner. I'd hate to be late." They both nodded making me and Draco stand. I had my arm hooked with Draco's as we walked, all three of us chatting lightly amongst ourselves. We got downstairs and I could feel my stomach grumble when I smelled throat amazing smell, but it wasn't as quiet as I'd hoped. "Uh," my face turned red as both male Malfoy's looked at me in amusement, "I didn't eat lunch today. And I woke up too late for breakfast." Draco wore an amused smile causing me to hit him upside the head. "Don't laugh at me Malfoy." I glare at him softly.
"Sorry, love." He kissed my temple before we all sat down.
"We got some interesting news from McGonagall earlier today." Misses Malfoy started a conversation as we all sat.
"What about mother?" Draco asked.
"About how they're extending break a few weeks."
"Oh, do you know why Misses Malfoy?" I asked.
"You didn't know? As a professor, you'd think she would've told you something."
"I'm afraid I didn't know. No one mentioned it."
"Well some of the first year kids were getting separation anxiety so McGonagall extended the break a bit to give them more time with their families."
"That's nice of her." Draco smiled before we all started some more light dinner talk while eating.
