The following weeks, I ate only one meal a day, perfected makeup skills, and perfected how to do my hair, as well as bought new clothes. I also climbed my way up in the model agency and became the new hot thing in the muggle world. I earned my living and did my best at everything. I got my new school list and found out that I had to send in an application for Hogwarts again. I changed my birthday, my name, everything. And I actually had something to put under occupation. I sent it in with my new owl before I went back to doing my makeup and hair for my new photo shoot.

I did a smoky eye and curled my hair into tight ringlets before heading out of my hotel room.
"Miss Catcher, why are you staying in a hotel? Did something happen before your modeling career?" A photographer asked me.
"No, nothing happened, I'm new to Britain as of late and have no family here. I'm just here until I head off to boarding school in Scotland until next year. Term starts on September 1st, so I'm afraid you won't be seeing much of me for a while. But I assure you all, you will be getting some exciting things from me late spring when the term is over. I have an amazing surprise that I promise everyone will love. See you all later." I climbed into my limo and we headed to my photo shoot. I worked and modeled for four hours straight before getting a break. My manager and I went out to lunch, laughing and talking. Until we got mobbed. Well, I got mobbed. The police were called and I was rushed into the actual restaurant.
"Are you alright Miss Catcher?" An Officer asked me.
"I'm fine. Just get them out of here." I said, slightly shaky.
"We'll do what we can ma'am."
"Thank you." My manager told them. "Let's sit." She told me softly. I sat on a stool at the bar and she ordered a water. "I know it doesn't get easier. But you're the hottest thing right now and with going off to boarding school in less than a week, everyone wants a photo of you."
"I know." I nodded taking a sip of my water. "It doesn't scare me any less. Every time I leave I get more and more paranoid that I'm being watched. It's scary. And it's definitely not right. Sometimes I regret going into the model business."
"You are amazing at what you do. And with the album coming out next spring, you'll be top in every agency. Everyone will be scrambling to try and get an interview with you."
"That also means more mobs, more attacks. More security." I told her. "I love music and modeling, but I've been doing modeling for barely two months, I wasn't expecting to get so popular so fast. It's freaking me out a bit."
"You'll do amazing." Her phone started going off. "It's CNN, I think they want another interview. I'll be right back." She picked up as she walked away. "Miss Catcher's manager Miss Holloway speaking." Was all I heard before walking away.
"Everything alright?" Someone familiar approached me. I looked over and saw Draco.
"Yes. Everything is fine. Thank you." I told him softly.
"You don't seem fine..." he sat next to me.
"It's just crazy." I looked outside to see the mob that's still out there. "I never thought I would be the one getting mobbed."
"You're the model, right? Miss Catcher?" He asked me.
"It's actually Alice, but yes, that's me." I giggled softly.
"I'm Draco." He held his hand out to me.
"Pleasure." I shook his hand softly.
"I heard you're going to boarding school."
"Yeah. Hogwarts. Ever heard of it?"
"I go there actually. Why haven't you been accepted before this year?"
"Oh I have been, I just never had the money to buy anything, no one to guide me through Diagon Alley, none of it. It was overwhelming so I never went. But now I've decided to give it a shot. What's it like?"
"It's beautiful. It's a castle and there's only a few thousand of us so the classes are smaller, but it's a great place. I thing you'll really like it there."
"Ooh, I castle, I guess that makes me a princess, Eh?" I giggled.
"Alice!" My manager, Nikki called. She waved me over.
"I'll see on the Hogwarts Express. Do you know how to get onto the platform?"
   "No, I don't." I shook my head.
"Run at the wall between platforms nine and ten, it's the barrier that separates us from the muggles. And perhaps wear a disguise so you aren't mobbed and give away the whole wizard community."
   "I won't. Thank you."
   "Alice!" Nikki called again.
   "I'm being summoned."
"Draco!" Narcissa called her son. We looked back at each other before bidding each other goodbye.
"I'll see you soon." I told him softly.
"Yeah. See ya." We walked our separate ways. The police had taken control of the mob and I put on my sunglasses before I headed out. Flashes blinded me temporarily as I headed back to my limo. Draco and his parents walked from the side entrance and I got distracted for a second when I was grabbed by the arm.
"Hey!! Let go of me!!!" I yelled at the man, trying to get away. I kicked his stomach harshly with my heel making him gasp and stumble back.
"Oh my god, are you okay?" Nikki asked me quickly. "Come on, let's go." I stood frozen for a second before taking a deep breath and getting into the limo quickly. A tear made its way down my face slowly. "It's okay. Let's get you to your hotel. No more photo shoots. I'll call and reschedule with the others." I only nodded before taking off my sunglasses.
