meanwhile in the other room, taehyung and eunbi continued watching the movie silently. the moment jungkook and yewon left, the tension in the air rises. the two slept watching the movie until the next day.
"WAKE UP! WAKE UP!" yewon and jungkook barged in the room.
the day that the four of them have planned to celebrate has come. the new couple who happened a few hours before woke the other two with so much happiness it almost annoyed the two who haven't felt the feeling of love in a while. they dragged themselves across the floor and all of them started getting ready.
in the rooms, all decided to wear very dynamic outfits that would catch the eyes of others. yewon wore a very cute plaited red top with laces and matched it with a pair of bell bottom jeans. meanwhile, jungkook wore a white tee and a pink flannel to match it together with jeans. taehyung wore an oversized white tee to match it with another oversized teal flannel paired with a pair of black jeans. eunbi wore a simple white shirt to pair with jeans.
"how was cuddling with jungkook?" eunbi asked yewon who was at that point, styling her hair.
her cheeks turned red upon her bestfriend's question and she tried to play it off by giggling. however, that did not stop eunbi from bombarding her with more questions, making yewon more flustered than she already is. yewon turned the hair iron off and put down the iron carefully. she took one last glance at the mirror and turned around to eunbi. so many things that yewon wants to tell eunbi but just hasn't gotten the right time yet. in the midst of fangirling here and there, there was a knock on the door.
"hey, you guys ready yet?" taehyung went in after being given permission and asked the two giggling and hugging each other on the bed.
they pulled away from each other and fixed their appearances. with a nod of acceptance they gathered themselves and calmed down. taehyung closed the door and they both let out a sigh they never knew they were holding in.
"dude, she's wearing pink too, did y'all plan to match or what," taehyung said to jungkook who was packing the food that him and yewon made a few hours before when they both woke up a little too early.
there was a slight blush on his cheeks at the thought of coincidentally matching with his now, girlfriend. taehyung felt a sense of happiness with the thought of jungkook finally getting the girl he always wanted. somehow he missed the feeling of being in love. seeing his best friend blush is enough to show how much jungkook treasured her. shortly after, the two best friends came giggling to the kitchen.
jungkook smiled at yewon and went to her to give her a short hug with a kiss on her forehead. she smiled lovingly to jungkook while the other two was whining about how it was better for them to do it in private instead. jungkook complimented her as she. blushed profusely, not knowing how to react to public displays of affection. taehyung and eunbi made their way out, done with how sweet jungkook was to yewon. they giggled and pulled away from each other as they joined the two to head over to the car, eventually driving to their destination.
