the sound of the bell chimed, signalling the end of the classes. the four packed their bags and waved and said goodbye to their acquaintances. their legs immediately head towards their common place: home. first to arrive, taehyung. followed by jungkook who came back with his motorcycle. with a sour face, he grunted to himself while he removed his shoes. third, yewon. she greeted the two males relaxing at the dining table and put her bag into the shared room with eunbi, going to the toilet. lastly skipping to the door, eunbi greeted the three with a smile and laughter.
"waiting for you is a chore, ya know?" jungkook huffed.
the playful girl giggled and settled to the table with them. the chef today made aglio olio with seafood for them to enjoy. with a swift movement, taehyung served everyone. yewon came back shortly after with damp hair curled into a low bun. after he cleaned up the pans into the sink, he went to join them who had already started eating. yewon scrolled through her phone to some tiktoks and they laughed it through. dinner was done within 30 minutes.
after washing up, they entered the basement after locking the door and closing the windows with the blinds so the neighbours did not get suspicious. with facial recognition, they all entered.

HERE IS YOUR MISSION FOR THE NIGHT:
yewon and jungkook started the system and read the email from their client. eunbi and taehyung start dressing up while yewon and jungkook examine the blueprint of the building for their mission. although they learned the major quite contrary to the part that they play, it was only easier to escape the authorities in search of them. a better way to keep themselves anonymous. yewon explained where they would have to shoot the targets with her knowledge of human anatomy. the assassins opened their cupboard and equipped themselves with their knives. jungkook put on his suit and started the ignition. yewon joined them with her laptops and passed the bluetooth earpiece to them. they all headed towards the location.
reaching the hotel, they checked in with their disguise. eunbi wears a dark shimmery skin tight dress that compliments her figure with yewon escorting her. they headed towards the reception.
"meeting with mr. kim, company CEO of.." before eunbi got to finish, taehyung interrupted her, "well isn't it ms jung of the popular cosmetics brand,"
with that, they left the receptionist confused. luckily, she just brushed off the incident. meanwhile in the car, jungkook is trying hard to disable the security cameras of the places where they are all headed. it was tricky but not the kind where he wouldn't be able to handle it. he pressed on his device and uttered, "30 minutes until the security figures out, if we're lucky, 40," he said and got out of the car. he was dressed as the kitchen staff as he entered and left the toilet, leaving an alibi. the hotel was in a rush as per planned.
jungkook made his way into the wine shelving. he grabbed the wine and unscrewed the cork. with a swift move he dropped the pill into the wine. he checked his watch. "25 more minutes." he timechecked to the communication device. meanwhile in the meeting room, mr kim was trying to question the people infront of him, stalling them. tae went back to the car and took over jungkook's computer. with the mic on, he could tell they were having difficulties.
"mr bossman stalling, jungkook how's your situation?" taehyung's voice took over their devices.
"walking over, countdown 20 minutes," jungkook discreetly whispered.
"going well, the security is 60 percent through, i'm stalling them but i wont promise it will be long so be quick" taehyung exclaimed urgently over the shared device.
jungkook knocked on the door and entered with the wine. he noticed the frowns etched on each of their faces.
"well let's take it this way, the investment that i am about to make will benefit only your company, so what do you plan on compensating it for?"
"well.. lets just say, spicy things," eunbi winked at the CEO but cringing on the inside.
she instructed yewon to go back to the car with her stuff for a deeper conversation with the CEO. while waiting, he signed the deal. she twirled the glass, making rounds with the wine that jungkook just poured. jungkook left the bottle in the middle of the table. the CEO, having drank his wine halfway already, feels suffocated and untighten his tie. then he realised that she hadn't drunk hers. with huffs, he questioned her.
'eunbi, 10 more minutes. you better hurry,'
"well well well mr. ceo, let's see if you can make it out of the room tonight," she smirked and left the room.
by the time the CCTVs are back on track, all that is captured is her shadow and the moving door to the basement. she trotted to the car and they drifted off to the night. they heaved a sigh of relief inside the car. they closed the computer after inputting,
MISSION COMPLETE, TARGET TERMINATED.
with that, they signed out. as they exited the basement, they made sure everything was set properly, before closing the door.
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED, QUARTERS. HAVE A GOOD NIGHT.
