dear diary,

me and peter are okay again. i think. he said last night before we fell asleep that we need to talk. i'm not sure what it's about, but from what i could get from his mind, it was about tony. we'll just have to see later.

sincerely, y/n.

I woke up in an empty bed. My own. I looked around confused and got up. I almost fell getting up. My legs felt like jello. I grabbed onto my nightstand for balance, finally calming down. I walked out of my room, looking for everyone in the process.

I walked into the living room to see Peter on the couch. "Goodmorning sleepyhead." He said. I laughed. "Goodmorning spidey." I yawned. "Where is everyone?" I asked. "Training." I nodded my head. "Are you okay? You're walking funny." Peter asked. I nodded my head. "Yup. I'm fine. Just a little sore. That's all. 'Training' really does get to you sometimes." I laughed. His face turned red as he looked at his phone.

"So what did you need to talk to me about?" I asked. His face lightened up. "The reason I acted why I did was because Tony told me to stop hanging out with you. He told me he'd take my suit if I didn't." I looked down. "Peter. Why didn't you just tell me? I would've understood. Your job is way more important." He started shaking his head. "No. It absolutely is not. You are more important. Than my job, than my school. Than anything." He said. I tried not to blush but I couldn't stop myself.

"Do you know why he wants us apart?" I asked. He shook his head. "No clue. It's weird though. And are you sure there's nothing going on between you and Steve? I see how he looks at you." Peter said. I looked at him funny. "Absolutely not. He's more like an uncle to me. You know. Because Bucky is my dad. They grew up together." He nodded.

I got up to make breakfast, but Bruce came in the door. "Nope. My turn, shortstack." He said. I glared at him and went back to the couch. I looked at Tony and thought "I wanna know why you want us apart." He looked at me so I looked away. "I want you two apart because you are like a daughter to me." He blurted. He looked around confused. "Tony?" Steve asked. He looked at Steve. "What was that about?" He asked. "I said that out loud?" Tony said. Everyone nodded.

"I guess y'all forget that I have mind control." I laughed. "Peter told me what y'all talked about. I'm not stupid, Tony." I said with attitude. Tony rolled his eyes. "Whatever. You're not my daughter so I guess I can't tell you what to do."

Steve shot a look at us. "I can, though. I'm the closest person to your actual father, so please. At least be smart." Steve grimaced. "Ewwww." Peter and I said in unison. We turned our heads and started laughing.

Nat and Wanda knew what it was about, so they rolled their eyes and laughed along with us.

Peter and I ran back upstairs. "I'm bored." I said when we sat on his bed. "Me too." Peter said. I looked at him and read his mind to see what we could do. "I kinda want to play hide and seek, but I don't know."

My eyes widened. "That's my favorite game! We should totally play it." I yelled. "You really gotta stop doing that." Peter laughed.

We played hide and seek for about 30 minutes when Bruce announced that breakfast was ready. We both went downstairs and ate. "So are we just not going to school anymore?" Peter asked. "Nope. I got y'all into homeschool because we didn't know y/n's powers yet. I didn't want you two to accidentally find out." Steve said. We nodded our heads and continued eating.

I got bored and decided to go train for a couple hours. Peter walked in and just watched. "You really like her, huh?" Tony asked. Peter nodded. "Yeah. She's amazing. I don't see how any guy couldn't." He blushed. "Well, you better take care of her, or you won't hear the end of it from Cap and Barnes." Tony warned. Peter nodded again.
