Y/n's POV

I heard stomping coming up the steps, my heart immediately started racing. He was gone all night..so to say I was scared was an understatement.

"Y/n."

He knocked before opening my door.

"Hey dad.."

He walked in staring at me.

"One time...I asked you to stay home one time! I don't ask you for much!"

I pulled the blanket over my lap fidgeting with the stitching pattern.

"I'm sorry..okay? It was a mistake.."

"Do you realize how worried I was!?"

"It's done! Okay!? Dad it's done!"

"This...this is far from done. It's one thing hanging around school and skipping classes...but for you to sneak out of my house!?"

There was nothing I could say to make the situation any better.

"I'm sick of this shit!"

"Me too."

I said looking at him.

"How'd you know I left..?"

"Doesn't matter."

I narrowed my eyes at him as he started walking towards my door.

"It was Loni wasnt it...that fucking bitch-"

"She was looking out for you! You know an actual friend that cares!?"

He said before walking out of my room slamming my door, I couldn't believe she ratted on me? I stood from my bed and began pacing.

"That fucking bitch."

Billie's POV

"Ms.Eilish..Mr. Y/L/N has adviced us to drop this..until court."

I nodded signing my signature on the paperwork.

"Okay..what will happen?"

He grabbed the clipboard glancing at me.

"Well..considering what's all happened you could potentially be facing jail time."

I closed my eyes and leaned my head back against the chair.

"What if she comes to court..? Tells her side?"

He kept his gaze on the paperwork reading over it.

"Who Y/n?"

"Yes."

"That could potentially help you..but he'd never let that happen."
