Y/n's POV

"You hate me now don't you.."

Billie mumbled, I glanced at her and back at the window.

"I don't hate you.."

She sighed.

"Even if you do...I can't take it back."

"I don't hate you!"

I threw my hands up.

"Why keep asking when I have already told you! I don't hate you?!"

She stayed quiet, I crossed my arms.

"Just drop me off home.."

"Y/n-"

"Billie I'm not kidding! Drop me home.."

"Okay."

Her hand grabbed my hand gently and she rubbed her thumb along my knuckles, I wasn't lying..I don't hate her. Honestly I just don't know how to process all of this.

"So..where is she.."

Billie hummed.

"Let's just say...she makes beautiful concrete."

I looked at her confused on what she meant, her eyes met mine and she had a sly smile.

"My family...had plans to get a whole new patio..so I used that to my advantage..I called they poured it this morning..trust me if they ever find her I'll be amazed."

"Damn..how did your parents not see..?"

"I'm not dumb..I had to carefully place where they already dug."

I nodded playing with her hand.

"Let's not talk about it.."

She glanced at me.

"That's probably best.."

She squeezed my hand tightly, the same hands that killed Loni..I can't shake the thought.

Billie's POV

The last thing I needed was Y/n to hate me, I should've kept everything to myself..but it didn't feel right keeping it away from her.

"Are you sure you're okay..?"

"Please..stop asking me that it's not like we were besties and talked everyday.."

I did feel bad for what I did, my intentions weren't to fully kill the girl...seriously injure? Yes. Kill? No.

"My intentions weren't to kill her.."

"I thought we weren't gonna talk about this?"

She said looking at me.

"Sorry..maybe I could get ahold of Drew and we could hang out..? Instead of you just going home..I really need you right now.."
