On Monday at school I sat in History class trying to finish up my project on the Kennedy's. Sweet Pea sat across from me just scrolling on his phone. I kept feeling his eyes looking up at me. I finally caught him and I smiled.

"What?" I asked. He just shrugged. I rolled my eyes at him. 

"You're just too cute not to look at." He admitted. I felt my cheeks getting warm. Reggie and a few of his friends came up to us.

"Hi Reggie." I said not even looking up from my computer and kept typing.

"Hey Camille. I was wondering if you could help me with my project?" He asked. I looked up at him and shut my computer.

"What is it?" I asked. Sweet Pea sat there glaring at Reggie.

"Um. I just needed some help with finding the information and formatting it." He explained. I just nodded along. "Maybe you can come over tonight and help me." He continued. Sweet Pea got tense and started balling up his fists.

"No thanks. I'm good thanks." I said with a fake smile. I opened my computer and kept typing.

After school Finn, Scarlett and I went home. And Michael's kids were also there. Great.

I dropped my backpack in the living room and went right to the dining room for my after school snack. I sat down and scrolled on my phone, until I was interrupted by voices talking next to me. It was Bailey and Charlie fighting over something stupid. I rolled my eyes and went back to my phone.

"Milly I love your dress!" Carla said while setting down our snack on the table, today we were having scones. I smiled back.

"Thank you Carla! How was your day?" I asked while plating my snack. We sat there and chatted for a while until Mom and Michael came into the room. It then became absolute silence.

"Hi Milly. Hi Finn. Hi Scarlett." Mom said. We all just smiled. They both sat down at the table. 

"So we have something kind of big to talk about and ask you guys today." Michael said. I nervously looked over to Finn, knowing exactly what was about to be asked. I started to tense up  and played with the ends of my hair.

"Michael and I have been talking recently, and we think the next step with all for all of us, is um to take a vacation together." Mom said. I let out a sigh of relief. Michael just nodded along with Mom. 

"We are hoping it could possibly turn into other things, but we just want to see how this would turn out first." Michael said.

"Yes. And so now over thanksgiving break, which is coming up soon, we will all be taking a trip to  St. Martin's together." Mom explained. My face lit up, St. Martins is one of my favorite places that I've traveled to.

After the very dramatic snack, we all lounged around the living room. Doing our homework, scrolling on our phones, or playing video games. I was texting Sweet Pea while trying to finish my math homework.

The next weekend was Halloween, and we were spending it with Dad. I was excited that I was able to spend my Halloween with my first boyfriend! So just like usual we met Dad at Pop's and then went back to Dad's house.

Waiting for us in front of Dad's trailer was Sweet Pea. He was leaned up against his truck. Scarlett whipped Dad's truck door open and ran to Sweet Pea.

"Hi Scarlett!" Sweet Pea said as she tightly wrapped her arms around him. She had a wide smile and he just chuckled.

"Hey Sweet Pea. What's up?" Finn asked as he slammed the truck door. Sweet Pea just shrugged.

"Just living my life." He responded. Dad walked by and just patted his shoulder. I followed behind Dad with Scarlett and my bags. I smiled at Sweet Pea. He and Scarlett then trailed behind us.

"So what are your guys's plans for your first Halloween here?" Dad asked Sweet Pea, Finn, and me. Finn and I just looked to Sweet Pea.

"We're just going to my place. A little party. A bonfire. Nothing crazy." Sweet Pea explained. Dad just nodded.

"Daddy what am I doing for Halloween?" Scarlett asked. He chuckled.

"Well Mom said that you are going to your friend Louise's house. And then you're coming back here for the night. And then all Saturday you get to spend with me!" Dad explained. She just smiled back.

"I'm going to get ready quick and then I'll be right back." I said before turning to my room. I remembered how Toni was telling that the Serpents don't really dress up for Halloween, so I was cautious of that.

I wore a black leather mini skirt with an elastic waist. A pink long sleeved crop top. My black high top converse. My gold hoops. And my serpent jacket. And to give it a small Halloween touch, I wore a pair of halloween socks.

I walked back out to the living room. I found Sweet Pea reading a book to Scarlett. My heart was melting. Dad walked next to me and leaned against the wall with his arms crossed.

"Your mother must hate this." He said with a half smile.

"What?" I asked.

"He's a serpent. Not one of those fancy rich douchey guys she'd rather you date. Like Esme and Xavier's kid. What's his name again?" Dad asked. I just scoffed.

"Ugh. Nick. Yeah no thanks. And I don't know what she thinks. We don't talk about it." I answered. Dad shook his head.

"Yeah. Then I think you have your answer of what she thinks of it." Dad answered. There was then a knock at the door. Finn ran from his room and answered it. 

"Hi Sawyer. Come in quick! You don't need to get hypothermia." He said letting Sawyer in quick. She waved at me and Dad and we waved back.

"Sawyer!" Scarlett squealed. Sawyer smiled back.

"Hi Scarly!" She giggled back in response.

"All right. Now that Sawyer is here, we better head out. See you later Scarlett. Bye Mr. Coleman!" Sweet Pea said before heading out the door. I grabbed my stuff and we all followed him out to his truck.

When we got to Sweet Pea's there were already quite a few people there. Thankfully Toni and Fangs were there. Toni ran up to us super giggly and holding a red solo cup. Finn thankfully caught her before she fell over.

"Camille! Oh my god you look so hot! Sawyer! Finnegan! Sweet Pea! Oh my god I love you guys." She giggled. We all just laughed at her.

"I want whatever she's having!" Sawyer said as we walked inside. When we got inside, it was packed. I took a deep breath and stuck close to Sweet Pea. 

We went into his kitchen where the drinks were. Against the side of the fridge there were people making out. Sweet Pea held my hand tight keeping me close.

"What do you want to drink?" He asked.

"Something strong." I said. He chuckled and started pouring somethings into a cup. He handed it to me and I took a sip and nodded. "Mmm thats good. It's not going to feel good in the morning but right now it's perfect." I said before sipping almost half of it down.

We walked into the living room and I felt kind of out of place. I looked over to the door and saw Jughead and Finn talking. I waved over at them. I then saw Betty. I smiled over at her and waved. She grabbed Jugheads hand and walked over to us.

"Hi Cami! I'm so glad to see someone I know." She said. We both giggled. We stood there talking for a while, until I realized Sweet Pea was no where to be found. I started looking around for him and finally found him in the kitchen. 

"Charlie?" I blurted out when I saw her. She turned to me with a smile.

"Hi! Sweet Pea invited me. He thought this would be good for us." Charlie said. I nodded and smiled.

"How nice of him." I said while grabbing his hand and squeezing it very tight. Jordan then walked into the kitchen with a boy trailing behind her.

"Camille! Hi!" She said. She wreaked of weed. She was super giggly.

"And who is this?" I asked I asked with a smirk.

"This is her. Um. Friend with lots of benefits. Dad is not allowed to know about him." Charlie explained. I nodded and smiled.
