You had an hour and a half to get ready for your date. On any normal day, this would have been fine, but today, you were freaking out. You took a quick shower and blow-dried your hair. Your (H/C) locks fell to your shoulders, and you stared into the mirror, considering what to do. After a few failed attempts at trying something creative, you resigned yourself to wearing it down like usual.

You picked your favorite pair of underwear and bra, which didn't mean much since you got most of what you owned on sale somewhere. You knew he probably wouldn't be seeing any of it tonight, but it didn't hurt to add a little bit of confidence. You put on your favorite pair of jeans paired with a cute floral patterned crop top. You threw on your favorite accessories, and called it a day. You never wore makeup, and had already decided that today would not be a good time to experiment, so you were ready as could be. It was already almost one, so you checked your phone to see if Tsukki had said anything.

 TSUKKI

Hey, I'm almost at your house, I think (2 minutes ago)

Y/N

Alright, I'm ready, just call when you're out front! (Sent)

Within seconds, your phone rang.

I'm at your house, should I ring the doorbell?

No, Sorry, I didn't tell Suga we were going out so I'll just come outside.

Alright ,Whatever, just hurry up.

You took a deep breath as you went down stairs.

"Bye Koshi! I'll see you tonight!" you called, leaving before you could hear any response. You felt bad, but talking to him about this was not an option- at least not yet.

Sure enough, Tsukki was waiting out front, leaning against the fence. He looked so effortlessly handsome, his hair perfectly tousled, wearing a casual T-shirt and jeans.

"You look nice," he said, clearing his throat. He was obviously nervous, and you couldn't blame him, your own nerves through the roof.

"Thanks, you too," you said with a smile, "I guess we should head to the train station, yeah?" You had planned to go to the harbor festival nearby which was only 2 stops away by train.

"Yeah, let's go," he replied, a bit of the tension leaving his shoulders. He shoved his hands in his pockets, and you headed in the direction of the nearest station. You walked like this for about 2 minutes until eventually he spoke up, "I'm not really good with the whole small talk thing," he admitted bluntly.

"I don't want small talk," you replied, "I said yes because I like talking to you, like we normally do. Anyways, I don't mind not talking too much." He nodded at you, seeming to be relieved by your response. Gaining confidence from this successful interaction, you spoke up again, "I brought this headphone splitter, I thought we could listen to some music," you suggested, plugging it into your phone.

"I'd like that," he said, plugging his headphones into one side of the adapter while you plugged your earbuds into the other. You had made a playlist for today, trying to picture what music he'd like based on what little you knew of his music taste. It seemed to go over well. He hummed along to some of the songs, and while there were obviously some he didn't recognize, he seemed to enjoy those, too. Before long, you had made it to the station. You took out your earbuds, wanting to be more aware of my surroundings as the platform filled with people. He grabbed your hand, lacing his fingers with yours to ensure you wouldn't lose one another in the crowd.
