"your house is cool." i say walking next to her.

"thanks." she opens the front door and we both walk in.

"KANG SOOJIN COME HER-"

i see her dad stop yelling when he see's me, i bow,

"hello i'm lee ji-eun. kang soojin's friend."

"hello." he stands back.

i secretly glance at soojin as she has her head down the the ground not daring to look back up at her father,

"i was wondering if kang soojin can spend the night over at my house for today. we need to study for the trip and study over a science project that was given to us, is that okay?"

"yeah. soojin go get your things."

"yes father.."

we head out of her house and i walk next to her.

"why'd you lie?" she asks with a hint of fake laughter in her voice.

"your father seemed upset about your report card."

she stops and looks at me.

"you know what's going on?"

"to me it's pretty obvious, maybe not to others but your dad shouldn't be yelling at you like that."

"hm, it's fine."

"you can talk to me when your ready." i say swinging our hands together and smiling.

"we're back!" i say opening the door.

"you guys can use my older sisters clothes for sleepwear." i say throwing the clothes at them.

"wah!" sooah hugs my side.

"let's watch a movie." jukyung says.

we enjoyed it while it lasted.
