"Happy birthday, Joon-ah!", Mia jumps on me with a big hug from the back.
I laugh.
"Any gifts yet?", she asks with a big smile and pulling back.
"Just your warm hug", I turn to her.
She giggles and does the Debby Ryan. "God, stop it".
I laugh, she blends hers with mine.
Mia is like a little sister to me. Our mothers have been friends since before we were born, so that brought us very close.
"Why are you here?", I ask. "I thought the Freshmans started 8:15 today".
She nods. "I just needed to use the library's computer".
I frown. "Why?", I ask, awakening her chattering.
"Well, I had to finish the project with Jungkook yesterday but I skipped. And we wanted to be done with it today, but I can't after school so I figured, why not do it before school?", she explains. She takes a deep breath. "Wow, that sounded a lot shorter in my head".
I smile.
"So how long have you been here?", I ask.
"Since 06:30".
Wow. That's when school opens.
"Nerd", I mock her.
"Whatever", she rolls her eyes. "I just have to find a way to kill the time because Jungkook left me to meet Taehyung and Jimin...", she looks suddenly past me, I see her getting a little bit nervous. "...And now they're on their way here, great".
I look back.
Jungkook, Jimin and Taehyung.
"I better go", she says. I turn back to her.
"Just hang with us", I simply say.
"I've got a lot of reasons why not to. And I'd love to explain them to you, but they are getting closer and closer so bye", she hugs me.
"They or he?", I ask hugging back. She pulls back fast.
She just gives me a serious look, and I give her the same one.
"Bye".
"Bye", I say while she turns around and leaves.
I watch her as she goes.
I know it's about V.
And I know so little about it.
But this isn't my problem so I'm not going to get into it either.
"Didn't even say hi", Jimin sighs behind me.
Mia it's out of sight now, I turn to the boys.
"And we all know why", I say looking at V.
The boys too.
He realizes it after a few seconds and acts really offended.
"Could y'all stop?", he says annoyed. "Just get that we don't get along anymore".
"Sure", I roll my eyes.
We give each other bro-hugs and they congratulate me.
We start going towards the school cafeteria. "Where are Yoongi and Hobi?".
"Yoongi is meeting up Hobi at the kiosk", Jungkook says.
I nod. "Does Hobi know?".
"Yoongi is gonna tell him", says Jimin.
I breath in.
