Aspen got back to her dorm after finishing her work with Ginny and Luna, feeling pretty proud of herself for hexing Ron. Ginny and Luna went to the Gryffindor common room and drop off Ginnys bag, but Aspen decided to come back up to her dorm for a bit before dinner. She got and changed and lay on her bed when she remembered about her fathers letter. "Shit, i have to open it or he'll go ballistic" Aspen muttered quietly to herself. If her father was writing to her after nit talking to her for a year, it couldn't be good. She slowly opened it and read it
Dear Aspen Malfoy
I have been Informed by Draco that you have befriended a blood traitor, the Weasley girl he said. This is unacceptable, first the lovegoods but the weasleys are the filthiest blood traitors out there. We will be having a very serious talk when you come home for Christmas

Great, amazing , fantastic. The first words from her father to her in 2 years are telling her they have to have a "serious talk" when she gets home, which means one thing. She will be in deep, deep trouble. She couldn't believe Draco would betray her like that, sure they weren't the closest but that doesn't mean she would do something like thats to him. "Bloody git" she thought. She was going to get him back.

When Aspen got to the Great Hall she caught Draco's eye and gave him a look that could kill, then dragged herself over to the Ravenclaw table where Ginny and Luna sat. "What's wrong with you" Ginny asked noticing her angry looking face. "I opened the stupid letter from my father" Aspen said and Luna gave an understanding nod and a sympathetic look. "Was it bad" Luna said "What do ya think" Aspen said in a grumpy voice. "Whats the big deal" Ginny asked but Luna spoke for Aspen noticing her sad looking face "her father hasn't talked or written to her since she got sorted into Ravenclaw, very unfair of him if you ask me" Luna said giving Aspen a side hug. "Oh, I'm sorry" Ginny said. "It's fine, never really liked him anyway"Aspen said with a sigh. "Still he shouldn't have done that to you, so what was the letter about?" Ginny asked "Well you know the way my father if you can even call him that, is obsessed with blood status and blood purity" Aspen said "yeah" Ginny said "Well my darling brother Draco told him I was friends with you and he went ballistic saying we were going to have a serious talk when I go home for Christmas" Aspen said "oh I'm so sorry this is my fault isn't it I should never have bothered you I'm sorry" Ginny said " no no no this is none of you faults it's my brothers fault for being a tell tale and my fathers fault for having such ridiculous views on blood status" Aspen said " and since Draco decided to be so kind I am going to get him back" " how" Luna said " oh, you'll see" Aspen said with a smirk.

"Zabini" Aspen said sitting down beside Blaise "Malfoy" Blaise said "how've you been-," Aspen started "What do you want" Blaise said "Still always cutting to the chase I see" Aspen said with a smirk which in turn broke into a genuine smile, so did Blaises, and they jumped up to hug each other "I've missed seeing you" Blaise said, murmuring into her shoulder " and I've missed seeing you" Aspen said, only reaching to just above his shoulder. "So, what's up" Blaise said. "I need help with something" Aspen said " I want you to help me prank my brother" the smirk returning to her face "and why would you want to do that, I mean I'm all for it, he can be a bit of a prat at times." Blaise said, he had always liked Aspen more than Draco " he sent a letter to my father about me being friends with 'blood traitors'" Aspen said "oh that's lowww" Blaise said, he didn't really agree with the whole blood purity thing either " I know, so I want to get him back" Aspen said "ok , what did u have in mind" Blaise said, a mischievous smirk on his face
