Lia's POV
Harry pulled away immediately, walking to the other side of the room and swiflty pulling his phone out in a matter of seconds. The other guys came in with compliments and hugs, but my mouth was still agape at Harry. His back was to me, so he couldn't see the shock written on my face at his stolen kiss.
"Babe that was fantastic!" Louis' voice rang in the background. I didn't actually pay attention to him until I felt the familiar press of his lips on mine. I hesistated before breaking it off with a hug.
"Thanks Lou," I managed to make out, but the guilt in my gut was too heavy to carry. "Um, um, Lou I have to go to the bathroom."
"Let me-" he began, but I rushed out before he could actually tell me where it was.
I wasn't too sure where I was running to, but I had to get away from the pressure. My converse covered feet took me out of the building, running onto the sidewalk through the thin crowd of people. I kept running and running until I couldn't breathe right, turnning to an alley and slumping on the ground, only realizing then that tears had streaked down my cheeks. Hiccups shook through my body as I tried to slow down the tears, but it was too hard. I didn't know what to do, I knew I had to talk to Harry later, but I wasn't sure what to do in general.
I mean, how could he do that? Why would he kiss me like that? If Harry was really that desperate to get with a girl, he should have kissed the front desk chic or something. Not me, his best friend's girlfriend. He obviously didn't have feelings for me, but that move was too stupid and risky. I pushed my head back onto the brick wall, my face getting small last rays of daylight from the evening sun. It was so overwhelming, and we were barely 2 weeks into the tour.
I pulled out my phone to call Mich, but there wasn't an answer. Who else would I call? It was the wrong time to call mom, so there really wasn't anyone else.
That is, until I scrolled through my contacts and saw Katy.
Should I call her, would it be worth it? What if she was just being nice when she said I could call her at any time?
I didn't have anytime to think when my thumb pressed the 'call' button.
The phone rang and rang, and I was starting to regret my decision. I mean, come on, she's a freaking celebrity. It's not like she's going to answer to me, I'm a nobo-
"Hey babe! What's up?" the all too familiar cheery voice of Katy filled in the speaker. I was stunned for a bit, not really expecting this, but then gained myself once more.
"Katy...." I sniffled. What should I say? Should I straight away tell her what Harry had done? I mean come on, was that really a good idea?
"Hey, why are you crying?"
Shit.
"Um...um, nothing," I muttered out. Great, now I look like a looser.
