Chapter 15: What did she do to you

Recap:  I look in the direction of where the running was coming from only to see the kings and the elite guards. Major was still snarling so I put my hand on his shoulder. "Major, love it's ok. The kings and elite guards will deal with this. Please, I wanna hold you and I want you to stay out but have Jasper listen to with what I'll tell you too. Emmett, c'mere. You need to hear this to" I tell them as Emmett pulls me in his lap and nuzzles one side of my neck while major climbs in my lap nuzzling the other side of my neck. "Thank you my loves. Jas, if you can still hear me while major is out then listen good. All of you didn't know that this would happen, so don't beat yourselves up about it otherwise I will be sad and upset. Please for me?" I asked them as they nodded. "J-jasper wants to come b-back out b-but I-I wanna c-cuddle" major said as he clung to my shirt even tighter. "Let him back out and You can come out tonight for some cuddle time ok" I reason as he nods his head. His eyes close for a moment then open back up to reveal beautiful amber eyes. When Jasper finally realized that he was back out, he clung to me like a koala.

Emmett's P.O.V; I can't believe the audacity that these lower guards thought they would get away with almost killing one of my mates. They ganged up on her as she was coming out the fucking bathroom for fucks sake. Right now we were sitting on the floor as the elite guards took them away to the cells as me and Jasper were assessing her to make sure her wounds were healed. She smiled the cheekiest smile that I have ever seen in my life. I just had to nuzzle her neck again. "Is she ok, how bad was the damage that was done to her?" Caius questioned as they look at her to try and assess some damage. "She is healed enough to move around but her ribs are still cracked so they're still healing, that's about it" I say before Carlisle started looking over her. "Aro, I have never asked you for any favors. But I will ask for this. Can I rip those bastards apart for hurting my soon-to-be-daughter-in-law. They are going to pay for what they did" Carlisle says and I am surprised that he is very much showing anger. That in itself is rare. As the coven leader and the father figure to me and one of my mates as well as my other siblings, he rarely ever shows anger. Let alone swear, with this happening, we all know he is beyond livid. "I couldn't agree more, but it would seem that her mates would love to help. So when they are calmed down, you three will be taken to the dungeons to deal with them" Aro said as he kneeled down to be eye to eye with my mate. "Young Chris, would you and your mates like to go to the private gardens to calm yourselves?" Aro asked as she tried calming Jas down as best she could. "Is it near your three's wing?" My mate asked as she held Jasper impossibly close to her. "Yes dear child, If you would like, I could have Felix and Demetri stay with you two since it seems that they find you three to be good company?" Marcus said as the two elite guards materialized behind the kings. "Lead the way please to the private gardens please Felix?" I asked the tall guard who are giving my mate a look of sympathy. He nodded and the five of us made it to the gardens in no time flat. "Those idiots just gave us the reason that we needed to kill them. They were causing trouble in the guard awhile back and were demoted from middle rank to lowest rank. After they were demoted, they began plotting to do things to either hurt or expose vampire kind and what they did was not only uncalled for, but also the excuse we need to trial and end them" Demetri told us as we sat under an extremely large weeping willow tree. I had Chris in between my legs with my feet tucked under her knees. She still sat on the grass but also had Jasper's head in her lap while she played with his hair. "I-I'm s-sorry" Jasper squeaked out causing Chris to look at him wide eyed. "What for cupcake, you have nothing to be apologizing for. It wasn't your fault" Chris said as she pulled him up and into her lap. "I should have went with you, I should have waited outside the door till you came out. I wasn't strong enough to protect you" Jasper whimpered out as he clung to our mate for  dear life. We didn't want to loose her at all. We just barely found her and I as well as Jas do not ever want to see her hurt again. "Love look at me, I am perfectly fine. You saved me just in time" Chris said as I nuzzled her neck and inhaled her scent. "B-but I-I wasn't s-strong enough" Jas said and that just broke my heart. "Love, we saved her just in time. You were strong enough. Please don't ever bring yourself down again. For me, for us" I said as I pull him into a searing and passionate kiss. I then proceeded to give the same kind of kiss to Chris. Just as I finished, the twins came out into the gardens. "If you three are calm, the kings have requested your appearance in the throne room. They would like you three to be in there for the trial" Alec said as Jane looked down. She gave Jas to me and stood up. "We are calm now. Alec, take my mates to the throne room. Jane may I speak with you for moment alone?" She told him and then ask her. Jane nodded and walked to a more isolated from the rest of the gardens.
