Scarlett sat at a booth in the cantina, just sitting there having a drink.

She looked around the room, seeing the same people as last night. She sighed, standing up and heading out. Just as she did, she noticed a guy around her age, along with a man older than her. They were both wearing robes.

She thought nothing much about it and headed to her ship, which was in much need for repairs. It was a slight mess, but it was a ship, a ship that could take her anywhere she wanted.

Scarlett got to her ship when she saw the two men from before, walking her way. She sighed, just standing to the side of her ship.

"Hello ms, this might sound strange, but is this your ship?" The older man asked her. "No, it's just a random one I happen to fly." Scarlett paused, "Yes it's my ship. Who's asking and why?" She questioned. "Of course, I am Qui-Gon Jinn, this is my padawan, Obi-Wan Kenobi." "We require a ship."

Scarlett sighed, "Alright, let's head inside." She told them, just as it started to rain.

They followed her into the cantina, sitting at a far booth, getting drinks.

She leaned back, "So, padawan? That sounds something like Jedi stuff." The two men wore smiles as if to say, 'well yes, that would be because we are'. "Wait a second- Qui-Gon Jinn. As in the- Oh, wow. I've heard so much about you from my home planet." Scarlett explained, cutting herself off multiple times.

"Where do you need to get to? And what's the cargo?" She asked, having a hint of a smile appear.

The guys looked at each other, then back at Scarlett. Qui Gon spoke, "We need to get to the trade federation command ship, just myself and Obi-Wan." Scarlett nodded. "You're wondering what my name is, aren't you?" They nodded sheepishly. "It's alright. I get asked it a lot." She explained, but she was hesitant. "Scar." Obi-Wan narrowed his eyes at her, signalling that he knew she wasn't giving them her full name. "Scarlett."

"It comes with a price." She informed them, taking a sip of her alcohol.

"How much?" Obi-Wan spoke up. She tilted her head and smirked slightly, "10,000 credits." He seemed to widen his eyes at that. "10,000 credits?" Scarlett nodded.

"We'll do it." Obi-Wan looked at his master with disbelief. "Are we really that desperate?" He asked, mouth still open of shock. Qui-Gon nodded, and looked back at the woman. "We can pay you on the ship." He told her.

Once they got to the ship, Scarlett gladly accepted the money, getting in the cockpit. "I have a bad feeling about this." She muttered to herself, pushing buttons.

Here is the prologue, pretty sure it's longer than Bloodline's prologue.

The fact that I am putting slight parallels. Honestly if weren't for the sequel to this book, you'd think she might be related to Han.
