Yes, there is always the debate about who’s account should get to post your novel. The most important piece of advice I can give you; keep it on one account. If you post different parts on different profiles, you will lose the majority of your readers after every chapter.
There is no perfect formula for deciding which of you should post the story. A few factors may include; the person with the most followers, the more active person, and the previous writing on your accounts.
There are several ways to share the fame however, such as dedicating the story to the other writer. You can also mention the co-author in the description of the story and author’s note.
It's important to remember that co-writing isn’t about the publicity. By the end of your novel, you should be proud of having successfully completed it together. Your readers are just an added bonus.
