Main POV

"As per the required procedures, sir, during the time you are held in this room, you will be placed under digital surveillance through four video cameras fixed on the walls individually..."

If only those grey ringed irises had been camera lenses...

"...and through these miniscule microphones fixed on the table for added investigation and clear data."

...and those ears had recorders inside, plugged to the brain.

"...thereby, we will be starting this...interview."

At the doomed interrogation room. How fitting. for the day., where there seemed to be a massive inversion in situations.

Quite the unexpected seems to happen.

"If you have any doubt about these proceedings, sir, now is your time to reveal it."

Officer Kyle Reynolds's calm yet steady voice paused for a moment..

His primary audience was small. In fact, one man. The rest were onlookers, viewing him from a different location, the Digital Surveillance Unit, which was the adjoining room to the one Officer Kyle was in. He was sat in the middle of the interrogation room, beside the shorter breadth of the table and the other man on the opposite side. Officer Kyle had his finger crossed palms resting over the open files that lay neatly as he fixed a sharp gaze on the other man, sat with his forearms lying perpendicularly on the table, palms outstretched face down. The video cameras by the sides would monitor his body language emitted from the feet.

At Officer Kyle's order, the man cleared his throat lightly. "No doubts, carry on please."

"Yes, Mr. Donovan" Officer Kyle said, sounding like a bot.

No doubts for now until we hear what your account on the incident Mr.-

"Senior Advisor for the President of United States of America, Mr. Christopher Donovan, you have been summoned to Metropolitan Police Department as per claims of you serving as the only eyewitness for the crime of Senator Michael Keats. Your statements will serve as a support for the investigations being held over the incident and therefore, you will provide answers for some questions first and afterwards you will be given the opportunity to describe the whole situation later on."
