"Get up Rivers..."
I got up from the floor getting up facing him face to face
"Dance with me" He smiled
"What?...yeah no," I said as I turned around to sit back down.
His cold hand wrapped around my wrist making our bodies so close that they were practically touching.
He slid his hand behind on my lower back and I grabbed onto his forearm
"Well you're going to dance with me anyway"
"So you asked me and regardless of my answer you were going to make me dance anyway" he looked to the side and smiled then looked back at me
"Yeah pretty much I guess"
"Don't act like you don't want to Rivers" I rolled my eyes at his response and laughed. He took my hand and slowly spun me around and then pulled me back.
"You're so beautiful" he whispered
I don't think he meant to say that out loud because when he realized what he said he didn't say anything else until I spoke
"I could say the same thing for you too Malfoy" It's true. He was beautiful. He had ocean blue eyes that any girl can instantly fall for.
We swayed back and forth and I put my arm on the back of his neck. At this time we were now breathing the same air. Holding him this close to me made me feel warm and happy. I would never let him know that though.
"I already know it"
"What?"
"You know I can read your mind right?"
I stopped moving and I pushed my hand against his chest playfully
"Stop doing that don't do that Malfoy"
"Okay fine fine," he said rolling his eyes and grabbed my arm pulling me close to him again. We swayed back and forth
"How do you read minds anyway"
"I just figured out how to do it but I need to practice more so I can do it whenever I want"
"Mhm"
I looked down looking at our feet. He picked my head up and pushed back 2 strands of hair behind my ear.
>>In the dark<<
Draco never showed this side of him. I liked the soft side of Draco.
"No"
"What?"
"I'm not being soft" he pouted
"Yeah because it's every day you call a girl beautiful and ask her to dance on the astronomy tower right Malfoy?"
"Shut up"
"Aw does Malfoy have a crush on Rivers?"
"You wish Rivers"
"Yeah okay, Dr-" He quickly grabbed my hand and shoved me and then himself in a closet in the astronomy tower.
"What th-" He put his hand over my mouth and that's when I heard Unbridge
"I could've sworn I heard music coming from here and shuffling feet hm. Hello?!" She spoke loudly.
"Anyone here!"
The closet was so small that we could barely fit inside
"Hmm okay" were her last words and she apparated
I instantly fell out of the closet Draco falling on top of me
"OW DRACO" he didn't move. He slowly started to lean in to kiss me and I didn't move.
"AMARA" and there stood Estella, interrupting us. Great.
Draco got off of me and stood up then helping me up.
"Thanks, Malfoy"
"Damn I didn't know you were a freak like that Amara"
"Estella," I said
"I will murder you so shut up"
Estella threw her hands up in defense and "zipped" her lips "locking it" and then throwing the imaginary key. I giggled at her action.
"Lets go dumbass, I'll catch you later Malfoy"
I left him leaving him with his own thoughts alone
