Breathing style: Snow breathing technique
1st form Mist: Fuyumi slows down her breathing, and lowers her body temperature and exhales the steam from her mouth causing a form of mist to appear which clouds her and her opponent.
2nd form Ice clone: Fuyumi creates a form of ice sculpture in the shape of her, only the height and shape of course. This is only useful when she uses the first form, which confuses the opponent and gives her a chance to attack.
3rd form hailstorm: Can only be used if it's raining (or if there's a source of water) Fuyumi freezes the droplets of rain and makes them sturdy, and as they fall it hurts her opponent. If it touches the opponent, it starts freezing them very slowly.
4th form Ice blade: Mist clouds the sword, and freezes her blade sharply, which allows Fuyumi to do more damage to a demon, however it means she has to exert more force to actually decapitate the demon.
5th form Shield: Fuyumi summons a huge chunk of ice to use as a shield. She can summon it around herself and others with a lot of struggle, so instead she she uses a form of wall to protect herself
6th form snowstorm: While her body temperature is low, Fuyumi can turn rain into snow, this only works if it's raining, and this only slows down her opponent with the snowstorm and doesn't do any actual damage
7th form frozen blood: Used as a last resort if her sword breaks, Fuyumi gives herself a wound if there isn't one that's bleeding and freezes her blood, using it as a weapon, it's a desperate attempt at staying alive, and not as a effective as her sword, however, her blood does cause demons to cringe away from her, so it'll at least keep her safe.
8th form rink: Can only work with a lake of water underneath. Fuyumi stabs at the water and freezes the whole lake, forming a sturdy rink that she trained herself to be able to fight on which gives her an advantage. Of course, it's not effective if the rink is broken or melted.
9th form ice blast: Fuyumi causes a gust of cold wind to blow at the opponent, if it's a human opponent this could freeze the opponent since it targets anything with water in it, if it's a demon, it just sends them flying back unless they're wet.
10th form snowflake: Only works with a water breathing user that leaves her out of commission for a while after using this technique. Fuyumi forms a huge snowflake either in the sky or on the ground, either way it causes everything around that's been drenched in water to be frozen indefinitely, Fuyumi herself is not accustomed to this level of cold, and her body needs to heal from the cold, especially if some of the water lands on her, since this move will also freeze her a bit.

Backstory: Fuyumi comes from a family who's blood contains some of the same elements as the wisteria flower. Since this is kept a secret from everyone but the head of the family, they're often targeted by demons until blood is spilled. Fuyumi's family gets slaughtered by demons while she's out collecting firewood since like Tanjiro, she lived in the mountains where it snowed year-round. This is how Fuyumi is resistant to the cold, but she's still human so high levels of cold does affect her. Fuyumi tried her best to survive by herself until she was captured and sold away as a slave to a family, this is where she learns how to use a sword and goes and joins the demon corp, meeting Tanjiro and the others at final selection.
