„Oh god George hello nice to see you again" Dreams mom said and hugged him.

His little sister stood right next to the woman with her dad. „Nice to see You all too. Glad you made it here so fast. How was the flight?" George asked and started to walk.

In the hospital they walked directly toward Dreams room. „Yeah he's right around this corner and he is doing pretty good for what happened" George just told Dreams family as he pulled the door open.

Dream sat in his bed and begun to smile as he saw his family „Mom, Dad, Drista" he whispered and opened his arms [I can't take it serious to write Drista lmao. And we just ignore that he has more siblings lol thx]

The young girl jumped into his arms wich made him groan in pain

„A little more careful please" he laughed wrapping his arms around her. He looked at George and the british boy understood. He nodded shortly and left the room.

Dream wanted and needed some alone time with his family. He made his way to his care and drove to the Airport.

Dreams family took a taxi but Sapnap who had to take a later flight couldn't so he would come and get him.

When he arrived he already saw the American boy waiting with a cage. George chuckled. He really had Patches with him. „You really took the cat to England?" he laughed as he greeted Sapnap

„Of course everything Dreamie boy wants" he hugged George still laughing „Hi bro. How is he?" they made their way to the car and George told Sapnap about everything that happened and about clays help.

The box with Patches in it was on Sapnaps lap as George started the car to drive to the hospital.

After convincing the nurse that they had to bring patches, they opened the door and stepped in the scary white room.

A even bigger smile grew on sapnaps and Clays faces as Nick walked over to him.

They hugged long before Clay opened the box to take his cat out „How did you even get her in here? This is a hospital" he asked laughing and petted her.

The small cat meowed and curled up on the white blanket „Well uhm the nurse wanted to stop us but Georges kindness convinced her" Sapnap explained and made Clay look over to George who stood seperated in the corner

„That's my boy" the tallest in the room smiled.

Two days later George was alone with Clay in the hospital.

The American already seemed weird and tired the whole day. George sat next to him since hours.

Clays family, Sapnap and of course Patches left one hour ago. Since then George tried to talk to Clay and find out what was wrong with him.

„Dreamie please just tell me okay? You are so weird today mon petit" George said worried for the thousandth time and held clays hand.

„I just wish I could see the treehouse one more time" Dream said and George looked confused „What? I mean we can go there when you are out of the hospital"
