{thor: ragnorok}

4 years have passed since Svartalfheim. Since the Dark Elves. Since Astrid was freed from her father for good. Astrid had given her place up as Queen of Vanaheim even before her coronation. Her and Loki had decided to unite Asgard with Vanaheim for good, and now Vanaheim was under the control of Odin... well, Loki.

Loki had also recently asked Astrid to marry him. In his own little way of course, though Astrid still thought it was the best proposal she could ask for. He had taken her down to their favourite little spot by the waterfall and like they would normally do they sat by the water and would just talk. Astrid knew he was nervous about something and she thought it was adorable, but before she knew it, he held his hand out and a ring magically appeared in his palm. He had asked her if she would be willing to spend the rest of her life with him by his side which she very quickly accepted. Loki didn't get down on one knee and he didn't have a long speech planned about how he couldn't live without her, but she knew he wasn't into that sappy sort of stuff. Astrid couldn't think of it to be any better. It was still special.

It was a beautiful day on Asgard. The sun was shining and there's a small crowd making its way through a threshold over which stands a monumental statue of Loki, arms out-stretched. Loki... sorry, Odin is lead on the chair and Astrid stands not far behind. Thor has made his was through the crowd Odin and Astrid both not noticing. Loki catches Thor's eye, gasping for breath... although it's not Loki. This is and actor and the crowd were watching a stage play. In the background, a single musician plays the flute.

Suddenly, another actor playing Thor catches the crowds attention, holding actor Loki.

"Oh, brother. This is it. I take my leave." Actor Loki couldn't be any more dramatic if he tried.

"You fool, you didn't listen!" Thor can't help but cringe at his actor.

"I'm sorry."

"Lady Sif! Get help!" Sif and the others weren't even there to witness the event. But Astrid refused to let Loki cast someone to play her. She thought it would be weird. Watching the play she's glad she didn't. Loki said it would be boring so the play writer added a few more characters in.

'Sif' awkwardly runs off. The 'Warriors Three' watch sadly. A small choir joins in as the music builds.

"Sorry for all I've done."

"It's all right. Hold on."

"I'm sorry I tried to rule Earth."

"They'd be lucky to have you." The real Thor rolls his eyes.

"I'm sorry about that thing with the Tesseract. I just couldn't help myself."

"I know."

"I'm a trickster."

"So mischievous." Actor Thor chuckled to his 'brother'.

"Sorry about that time I turned you into a frog."

"It was a wonderful joke."

"Twas indeed hilarious." Odin turned to talk to Astrid who shook her head at him giggling.

"You are the savior of Asgard."

"Oh give me a break." Thor whispered to himself.

"Tell my story."

"I will."

"Build a statue for me."

"We will build a big statue for you."

"With my helmet on, with the big bendy horns."

"I will tell Father what you did here today."

Odin mouths actor Loki's final line along with him.
